The kitchen and living area is one large room with a high wood-lined ceiling. The drive-in garage is attached to the house and equipped with automatic door openers. There is an amazing view of cnoc na shi (Hill of the Faries) through the front picture window. A small stream is concealed in the woods, just off the conservatory, where you can escape in solitude. This location is 2 miles from the closest village Cloonacool, 6 miles from the closest town Tubbercurry, 20 miles from Sligo city and 15 miles from the closest ocean beach. The property is adjacent to working dairy/sheep farm. All the modern conveniences are available with the exception of TV and Internet. Internet access is available at the local library.
