This newly completed loft apartment (next door to its sister loft, the "Nederland") is located in the heart of Downtown Nederland! Out the door you'll find easy walking access to shopping, restaurants, local sites, hikes and the RTD bus to Eldora Ski Resort, Boulder, Denver and beyond. Winter/Spring stays include the use of one FREE ski pass for daily skiing. This bright and sunny end-unit is exquisitely furnished with everything you need for a comfortable visit to our town. The bedroom is warm and comfortable with a luxurious Queen sized bed, matching dresser and connects directly to the full, roomy bath. The living room has a Queen sized pull-out sofa, large screen TV with DVD & satellite, and like the bedroom connects directly to the bath. The kitchen is fully equipped, boasts granite countertops with an expansive bar seating area wrapping around from living to dining room.
