  We go down to Disney every year and usually stay at villa. This was definitely our favorite of all. Villa is located close to parks, restaurants and stores. Very big house, can accommodate a large company. The house very nicely decorated. Very clean and very comfortable. Owners are pleasant people to deal with. Will stay here again. THANK YOU!!!!

  We stayed November, 2011. The home is near restaurants, parks and shopping. Home is clean and very comfortable. Perfect for family with small children and/or teenagers. Thank you for letting us stay there!

  Great home for our family trip to Disney. The house was in great condition and our boys loved the pool. It was everything we expected based on the listing information provided. The owners were excellent to work with and made everything very easy. Close to Disney parks and grocery stores.

  This house was like a home away from home. The master bedroom and bathroom were spacious, and very clean. Our kids enjoyed the pool, and certain mornings you could see hot air ballons flying above the house. The owners definitely put a lot of thought into the design and floor plan. When I return to the Orlando area, I will definitely be looking for this same house. We had a wonderful stay, and did not run into any problems.

  My husband and I just spent 3 months away from NY winters in this beautiful villa. We enjoyed our stay temendously. And we have decided to come back next winter once again. Thanks to Laurie and Kevin for their most gracious hospitality and for sharing their home with us. This home is near all shops, restaurants and tourist attractions. We are annual pass holders to Disney and went there amost everyday this past winter. The drive is negligible. The pool is awesome and I swam everyday. It is a great place to stay for annual vacations or as we do to escape the winters up north. Although, this year the weather there was not too bad. Consider this home for your next vacation, you won't be disappointed.

  We recently went Disney World and had a wonderful stay at this home. This home is spacious and super clean. It obvious that owners take pride in their home and keep everything in great condition. Our family especially enjoyed the pool and hot tub. It was great to come back to this wonderful home each day after a full day of fun at the Disney theme parks. This property is centrally located and just minutes from all the Disney parks as well as other area attractions such as Sea World and Universal Studios. The owners were excellent to work and we will definitely stay there again on our next trip to Disney World.

  We really enjoyed our stay at this home. The listing is accurate and the owners are very easy to work with. Everything we were hoping for was in this home. It is very clean and super close to the highway that takes you right to the parks. The kids (ages 7, 9 and 11) loved the pool and having their own rooms......each with a TV! The home was a great value with a great location and nice people to work with.

  We recently stayed in this property, and upon first step in the door you could see it was clean, spacious, and well taken care of. The home is beautifully furnished, with all of the comforts of home. I am a stickler for cleanliness, and this home was immaculate!! We have 3 young children, and they loved spending time in the pool, and just "relaxing". It was truly the perfect little get-a-way for us all. The owners are very nice, and easy to work with. I would absolutely recommend this property to a friend without hesitation. Thank You for providing such a great rental property! We will be back!!

  My wife and I came to the area to view houses to purchase, and stayed here 2 nights. After looking at several similar sized homes online, and many in person throughout the area, we didnt see one quite as nice as this. Too bad it wasn't for sale, we would have given it serious consideration. Its easy to see why this home gets so many bookings and great reviews. Great job by the owners.
