We go down to Disney every year and usually stay at villa. This was definitely our favorite of all. Villa is located close to parks, restaurants and stores. Very big house, can accommodate a large company. The house very nicely decorated. Very clean and very comfortable. Owners are pleasant people to deal with. Will stay here again. THANK YOU!!!!

Great Vacation Home

We recently went Disney World and had a wonderful stay at this home. This home is spacious and super clean. It obvious that owners take pride in their home and keep everything in great condition. Our family especially enjoyed the pool and hot tub. It was great to come back to this wonderful home each day after a full day of fun at the Disney theme parks. This property is centrally located and just minutes from all the Disney parks as well as other area attractions such as Sea World and Universal Studios. The owners were excellent to work and we will definitely stay there again on our next trip to Disney World.

We really enjoyed our stay at this home. The listing is accurate and the owners are very easy to work with. Everything we were hoping for was in this home. It is very clean and super close to the highway that takes you right to the parks. The kids (ages 7, 9 and 11) loved the pool and having their own rooms......each with a TV! The home was a great value with a great location and nice people to work with.

We recently stayed in this property, and upon first step in the door you could see it was clean, spacious, and well taken care of. The home is beautifully furnished, with all of the comforts of home. I am a stickler for cleanliness, and this home was immaculate!! We have 3 young children, and they loved spending time in the pool, and just "relaxing". It was truly the perfect little get-a-way for us all. The owners are very nice, and easy to work with. I would absolutely recommend this property to a friend without hesitation. Thank You for providing such a great rental property! We will be back!!

My wife and I came to the area to view houses to purchase, and stayed here 2 nights. After looking at several similar sized homes online, and many in person throughout the area, we didnt see one quite as nice as this. Too bad it wasn't for sale, we would have given it serious consideration. Its easy to see why this home gets so many bookings and great reviews. Great job by the owners.

This vacation home is very clean, luxurious, and spacious! It is located very close to the disney parks, restaurants, and shopping. The owner's are kind, and easy to deal with, and our experience was awsome!! We will surely return in the near future!!!

We stayed at this house for a week over spring break. We had 2 families and it worked out perfectly. I was a bit worried as the price was so very reasonable, but hoped for the best and when we arrived, we couldn't believe how nice and clean the house was! The 2 bedrooms with the 2 twin beds each were perfect for the kids. They had plenty of room. The bedroom with the full bed was a bit small, but it was fine for the week. I would recommend a mattress topper for the mattress, but that's about it. The master suite was absolutely HUGE. It had a king sized bed and a huge walk-in closet. The attached master bath was huge as well. Very nice. Otherwise, the kitchen was large and had everything we needed. The pool was just amazing! It was large enough for all of us. We really enjoyed it, along with the hot tub. It was just perfect! And the owners were so down to earth and easy to work with. They didn't play any games on pricing and made the whole process so easy! They really just seemed to want everything to go nice and easy. They sent all the info before we left and then called us on our first day to make sure everything was good. Then they called on our last day to ask about our stay. Their emails were always timely and had a lot of information. They were GREAT to rent from. I'd highly recommend staying here. Oh, I guess I should say that if you don't mind a 20 min drive to the parks, which we were so fine with. We actually prefer to get away from all the craziness. And there is a Publix a few miles down the road, so it was very accessible. Great stay!

Home away from Home!

We just completed our stay in this lovely home after staying for the entire winter. How nice it was to escape the snow and cold of our hometown and come to sunny Florida.. Laurie and Kevin were gracious hosts and never farther than a phone call away to make sure our stay was as comfortable as could be. Every amenity imagineable was offered in this beautiful home, The furnishings were terrific. The neighborhood was quiet and friendly. We are annual passholders at Disney and we spent the mornings by the pool in the sun and the afternoons walking around Disney. All attractions are minutes away. Also, what a great location for restaurants. We have already booked for next winter and look forward to returning to our home away from home. Thanks, Laurie and Kevin for opening up your home to us.,

We really enjoyed our time there. The house is extremely clean which meant a lot for our family. The owners were very nice and easy to work with. I have to metion that for some reason, the pictures are not fair to the house, it is a lot nicer when you get there. We tried to take pictures with our camera also, but it did the same thing.

We were really looking forward to a week in Florida with our daughter, son-in-law and grandbabies. Staying in a house close to Disney was ideal for us as there was plenty of room for all of us. I really liked having a fully stocked kitchen available, a washer and dryer to use, the internet and, of course, the pool and hot tub. Even after seeing pictures of the house before hand, it still exceeded our expectations and was parrt of the reason our trip was such a success. It was clean, well-furnished, and decorated nicely. Would I go back to the same home again? Absolutely!
