My husband and I just spent 3 months away from NY winters in this beautiful villa. We enjoyed our stay temendously. And we have decided to come back next winter once again. Thanks to Laurie and Kevin for their most gracious hospitality and for sharing their home with us. This home is near all shops, restaurants and tourist attractions. We are annual pass holders to Disney and went there amost everyday this past winter. The drive is negligible. The pool is awesome and I swam everyday. It is a great place to stay for annual vacations or as we do to escape the winters up north. Although, this year the weather there was not too bad. Consider this home for your next vacation, you won't be disappointed.

We really enjoyed our stay at this home. The listing is accurate and the owners are very easy to work with. Everything we were hoping for was in this home. It is very clean and super close to the highway that takes you right to the parks. The kids (ages 7, 9 and 11) loved the pool and having their own rooms......each with a TV! The home was a great value with a great location and nice people to work with.

We recently stayed in this property, and upon first step in the door you could see it was clean, spacious, and well taken care of. The home is beautifully furnished, with all of the comforts of home. I am a stickler for cleanliness, and this home was immaculate!! We have 3 young children, and they loved spending time in the pool, and just "relaxing". It was truly the perfect little get-a-way for us all. The owners are very nice, and easy to work with. I would absolutely recommend this property to a friend without hesitation. Thank You for providing such a great rental property! We will be back!!

My wife and I came to the area to view houses to purchase, and stayed here 2 nights. After looking at several similar sized homes online, and many in person throughout the area, we didnt see one quite as nice as this. Too bad it wasn't for sale, we would have given it serious consideration. Its easy to see why this home gets so many bookings and great reviews. Great job by the owners.

We recently went Disney World and had a wonderful stay at this home. This home is spacious and super clean. It obvious that owners take pride in their home and keep everything in great condition. Our family especially enjoyed the pool and hot tub. It was great to come back to this wonderful home each day after a full day of fun at the Disney theme parks. This property is centrally located and just minutes from all the Disney parks as well as other area attractions such as Sea World and Universal Studios. The owners were excellent to work and we will definitely stay there again on our next trip to Disney World.

This vacation home is very clean, luxurious, and spacious! It is located very close to the disney parks, restaurants, and shopping. The owner's are kind, and easy to deal with, and our experience was awsome!! We will surely return in the near future!!!

We stayed at this house for a week over spring break. We had 2 families and it worked out perfectly. I was a bit worried as the price was so very reasonable, but hoped for the best and when we arrived, we couldn't believe how nice and clean the house was! The 2 bedrooms with the 2 twin beds each were perfect for the kids. They had plenty of room. The bedroom with the full bed was a bit small, but it was fine for the week. I would recommend a mattress topper for the mattress, but that's about it. The master suite was absolutely HUGE. It had a king sized bed and a huge walk-in closet. The attached master bath was huge as well. Very nice. Otherwise, the kitchen was large and had everything we needed. The pool was just amazing! It was large enough for all of us. We really enjoyed it, along with the hot tub. It was just perfect! And the owners were so down to earth and easy to work with. They didn't play any games on pricing and made the whole process so easy! They really just seemed to want everything to go nice and easy. They sent all the info before we left and then called us on our first day to make sure everything was good. Then they called on our last day to ask about our stay. Their emails were always timely and had a lot of information. They were GREAT to rent from. I'd highly recommend staying here. Oh, I guess I should say that if you don't mind a 20 min drive to the parks, which we were so fine with. We actually prefer to get away from all the craziness. And there is a Publix a few miles down the road, so it was very accessible. Great stay!

We really enjoyed our time there. The house is extremely clean which meant a lot for our family. The owners were very nice and easy to work with. I have to metion that for some reason, the pictures are not fair to the house, it is a lot nicer when you get there. We tried to take pictures with our camera also, but it did the same thing.

Home away from Home!

We just completed our stay in this lovely home after staying for the entire winter. How nice it was to escape the snow and cold of our hometown and come to sunny Florida.. Laurie and Kevin were gracious hosts and never farther than a phone call away to make sure our stay was as comfortable as could be. Every amenity imagineable was offered in this beautiful home, The furnishings were terrific. The neighborhood was quiet and friendly. We are annual passholders at Disney and we spent the mornings by the pool in the sun and the afternoons walking around Disney. All attractions are minutes away. Also, what a great location for restaurants. We have already booked for next winter and look forward to returning to our home away from home. Thanks, Laurie and Kevin for opening up your home to us.,

We were really looking forward to a week in Florida with our daughter, son-in-law and grandbabies. Staying in a house close to Disney was ideal for us as there was plenty of room for all of us. I really liked having a fully stocked kitchen available, a washer and dryer to use, the internet and, of course, the pool and hot tub. Even after seeing pictures of the house before hand, it still exceeded our expectations and was parrt of the reason our trip was such a success. It was clean, well-furnished, and decorated nicely. Would I go back to the same home again? Absolutely!

The owners Kevin and Laurie are very easy to work with even with our last minute plans. The house and neighborhood were very comfortable. Some houses we've stayed in near Orlando off season seemed like deserted ghost towns. This area has both renters and residents. People were very friendly. We enjoyed the pool and house, but the people in the housing development and the owners made it that much better.

We just got back to Norway after spending 18 days in Orlando/Miami. We spent 10 nights in this house which is FANTASTIC!! Spacious everywhere, nice pool, extremely clean and the vacation home company was great. I searced the net and reviewed 100's of homes and I guarantee that I will never go anywhere else if I am travelling to Orlando.. The whole family loved it there and it was a nice and quiet neighborhood in a very nice community. The Champions Gate golfcourses, which was 5 mins. away, held high standards and was a pleasure to play. Thank you to Maurice for letting us stay in his home. Tom-Ivar

My wife & I spent our anniversary in this home and had a wonderful time. The property is beatiful and the neighborhood is quite. Very spacious, clean, with great decor. I definitely plan on returning next year with my family. Kevin & Laurie are wonderful and very accomodating. They made the renting experience very easy. I highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a relaxing vacation with family and/or friends. All shopping and restaurants that you would need are close to the property. The property was big and clean, beautifully decorated. The place had everything we expected and more. Pool and jacuzzi were clean. Location is in quite place but everything is just couple of miles away. We had great time. The owners are very nice and helpful people. Would definitely stay there again.

During the spring break, our family comes to Disney world using this house. I am a professor at one of university in Seoul, Korea. We went to the Disney parks and the Seaworld park during this visit... The owner, his name is Kevin, he is really nice to guide us how to use the household in the house... Everything are cleaned... We relaxed so much just like our home..... Kevin is very straightforward to talk with me over phone and email.... If you have a chance to visit Orlando, I strongly recommend to stay this house......

We go down to Disney every year and usually stay at villa. This was definitely our favorite of all. Villa is located close to parks, restaurants and stores. Very big house, can accommodate a large company. The house very nicely decorated. Very clean and very comfortable. Owners are pleasant people to deal with. Will stay here again. THANK YOU!!!!

Many thanks to Kevin and Laurie--their beautiful home was everything we could hope for: close to Disney, SeaWorld, grocery stores and restaurants. This rental property made for a perfect vacation for my family! The home was neat and clean, and perfectly located to beaches and major attractions. Besides relaxing in the pool, we enjoyed trips to the beach (Cocoa Beach on the Atlantic side and Clearwater Beach/Sand Key Beach on the Gulf side), Kennedy Space Center and, of course, Disney World! The value and quality of the home made for a very enjoyable stay, and the owners and rental management were terrific. This luxury home was perfect for my family of six! The property and pool is beautiful and well maintained. This home was comfortable and beautifully decorated.
