Luxury 2-bedroom, 2 full-bath condo in a brand new upscale development directly on Blouberg Beach. Direct walk-on access to the beach 100 meters away, with no roads to cross. Full sea views with large wrap-around balcony. 20 minutes from downtown Cape Town and splendidly situated for all the pleasures of the Western Cape. This is a low-rise “lifestyle” development consisting of residences intermixed with shops, restaurants and professional offices. From the Developer’s website:

A tad prosaic but you get the picture.
At 1,175 sf +/- (108 sm), the condo is a good size. There are two bedrooms, with an ensuite master with queen bed and a second bedroom with two twin beds. Two sofas in sitting room are comfortable sleepers (better than pull-outs), giving you sleeping quarters for 6 in all. The master bath has both a bathtub and separate shower, while the second full bath is shower only.
The balance of the condo consists of an open-plan kitchen, dining and sitting area. Large balcony (285 sq ft/26 sq m) that wraps around both sides of this corner unit. Excellent views of Table Mountain and the sea. Stunning sunsets over the water. 2 secure parking bays. Gas BBQ.
Blouberg Beach or “Bloubergstrand” is a close-in suburb of Cape Town, lying across Table Bay from the city. You have miles of white sand beach 100 meters from your doorstep with no road to cross. You are walking distance to great restaurants and upscale shopping. 5 minutes to great golf; 30 minutes to the fabulous beaches at Clifton and Camps Bay, to the sports venues, and the wine routes. 17 miles to Cape Town Airport and 13 miles to center city. Life is good at Eden on the Bay.

Our family has owned a nearby home on Blouberg Beach for 40 years and we love it here. Extraordinary views, great restaurants, close to the city wit a great vitality and feel. Eden on the Bay was one of the last undeveloped oceanfront sites in town and is backed by 2 of the most successful developers in the country. Innovative concept; innovative design; great location. How can it miss. Will definitely provide a great vacation experience.

Whether you're here on business or pleasure this is a great location for whatever you have in mind to do. Short commute into the city; walking distance to great restaurants and shopping; driving distance to all the pleasures of the Western Cape.
