The southern canyon is 1.5 miles from downtown Palm Springs and shields the area from wind gusts that can sometimes be more common in other areas of town. This private home offers get away from it all relaxation and only blocks to great restaurants and our own South End's Koffi.

Why the Owner Chose Private Homes
The Mesa is a GREAT neighborhood. It is quiet and protected from the wind. We love taking evening walks up in the hills to take in the expansive views. Also nearby is the South End Koffi, the updated Ace hotel with great dinning and don't forget the long time favorite, El Merisol. All this you can easily get to on foot. Downtown is just a couple minutes drive. Come and see for yourself how Palm Springs is growing and progressing into a place of interest and culture.
