Sunset is a true Florida home. Light, airy, spacious and tastefully decorated. Conveniently located in the quiet community of Chatham Park just minutes from Disney and all other central Florida attractions.

The large west facing private solar heated screened-in pool (electric heat also available) overlooks a stunningly peaceful lake, with an abundance of wildlife and has loungers, chairs, and in the lanai, dining table and chairs for al fresco dining. The pool may be accessed through the sliding glass door from the living room, kitchen, or master bedroom.
When you first enter Sunset you will see the lounge with dedicated television for watching movies on either the VCR or DVD with PS2. Just past the lounge is the formal dining with seating for six.
The living room offers ample seating with a 52" television with cable box, and DVD player.
All four bedrooms have ceiling fans for your comfort and televisions for your enjoyment.
The master bedroom decorated in a shell/seaside theme is located on the ground floor has a king bed and sliding glass doors opening to the pool. Attached is the master bathroom that has double vanities, separate shower and large bathtub.
Bedroom number two is located upstairs and is a tropical paradise with queen bed.
Bedroom number three has twin beds, and is an animal lovers delight in the style of animal kingdom room with enough stuffed wild animals to make any child from the age of 2 to 80 smile.
Bedroom number four has twin beds is the room for those with the heart of a sailor. Tastefully decorated in a beautiful blue sailing motif.
The garage has been converted into a games room with pool table/air hockey, foosball, dart board, and a table with bar stools.
The laundry area with a washer and dryer is located in the garage.
The community of Chatham Park offers many ammenities for the use of our guests, all within walking distance of the home. Tennis courts, basketball court, children's playground and a community pool.

Why the Owner Chose Chatham Park
I purchased Sunset in 2004 as I knew the previous owners. Chatham Park is so close to Disney (4 miles), I-4, shops, restaurants, outlets/stores, so conveniently located and yet nestled away in the quiet community of Chatham Park. I also chose Sunset because the pool faced directly opposite the fountain in the large pond (in the UK we would call it a lake). Also Sunset had the added bonus of a large west facing pool, 4 bedrooms, a family room and great room. I had looked at other rental homes and none have a view like my house does with the added bonus of a private pool area not overlooked by other homes or pools.
The Unique Benefits at this House
There are many new developments in the Central Florida area that have vacation rental homes, but none like my homes in Chatham Park. My two rental homes are located on the pond with no rear neighbors. Complete privacy in quiet Chatham Park with the added bonus of viewing and feeding the wonderful wildlife.

I purchased a new home on Chatham Park in the 1990s and loving it so much purchased another two homes to rent out as short term rentals. Having come for the UK I enjoy the open spaces and quietness of Chatham Park so when I purchased my two rental homes I made sure that they had the same view and space for guests to enjoy. I now have the added enjoyment of watching the wildlife in my own backyard.

We were amazed at how stunning this home is when we entered the front door. Straight ahead you can see the lake with the beautiful fountain. So perfect for those relaxing times, and great to feed the ducks on the shore. The free solar pool heat, free BBQ and free items for the kids were very much appreciated. Needless to say the kids loved the game room, big kids did too! This house had everything we needed from cooking needs in the kitchen to an abundance of towels and linens to even video games for the kids. We can't wait to return. This is the home for our holidays!! Thanks for such a great place to stay!

Just a quick note to compliment you on a wonderful villa. It really was more than we bargained for. We had a wonderful 3 weeks and will be coming back. Another wonderful stay at Sunset. A relaxing stay watching all the wildlife on the lake. This is our 4th time with Chrissie and it won't be our last. There is always something different to do each time we come here. And the Food!!! We tried the Olive Garden for the lst time it's great for Italian pasta dishes. We didn't visit any of the Parks this time but I think we went to all of the Malls. See you soon.
