A freestanding spiral staircase cascades down from the second floor to greet you in the grand entryway. Numerous Balconies and 3 large decks offer many view points to enjoy the scenery. Designed to enjoy the beautiful weather and views the home has many open spaces combining the inside with the outdoors. Large Bi-fold glass doors seamlessly join the two worlds to provide an excellent arena for entertaining or relaxing. The lower level includes a spacious comfortable living room that has a 60” plasma TV with theater quality surround sound and an elegant fireplace.
A gourmet kitchen with beautiful cabinets, full slab granite countertops and Mediterranean style accents, offers a large open area that joins the great room/family room with a cozy fireplace, powder room, formal dining room and a bedroom with its own full bathroom and a private entrance. The kitchen offers a chef of any standard the best environment to prepare meals while entertaining with Viking Pro Appliances. There are is a Viking double convection oven with 6 burners, a warming drawer, a Sub-zero side by side refrigerator, pantry, wine rack, and a center island with washbasin set in the sit down dining bar. The lower level also includes a den/study, and a private office or bedroom.
Upstairs has four bedrooms, each with a private bathroom. The Master has a 47” plasma TV with surround sound and a cozy fireplace, and opens onto a large deck overlooking the pool and with forever views from the Golden Triangle to Downtown San Diego. The Master bath offers a tranquil spa feel with a Steam Bath, Rainfall Shower, and a Jacuzzi Tub. Each of the four bedrooms upstairs enjoys their own balcony terrace or spacious private deck. The residence’s lavish furnishings are attractive yet comfortable, accented with sophisticated decorations, and are sure to provide a luxurious escape to all inhabitants.
THE GROUNDS
Simply beautiful tropical landscaping invites you into the breathtaking backyard. Take a dip in the infinity-edge pool, and enjoy music from an underwater sound system. Or enjoy a barbecue and take in the views. A waterfall and fountains accompany the pool with adjoining Jacuzzi.
