  Clean and well furnished 2 bedroom apartment and with ocean view from the balcony. Extremely close to the ocean, big parking and all shopping, restaurants really close by, from Walmart to Whole Foods. Nice heated pool and gym as well. Would come back gain for sure!

  Recommended for: Families with teenagers, people with disabilities, sightseeing, romantic getaway, families with young children.

  We had a blast! The condo itself has everything we needed and really felt like a home away from home. The rooms are spacious and the kitchen is fully stocked. The property is incredible. Right on the ocean with great view. Nice pool and gym. Very close to Ft. Lauderdale and Miami with a vast choice of restaurants and entertainment. Can't wait to go back.

  This is great property with a fair price. Everything was very close - we enjoyed every minute of our 4 day stay. We are planning to use it in the future.

  We stayed at this condo in September. I have to say it was clean,,it is very convinient located. We were on the beach several times a day. The shopping, casino,restaurants all near. We had great time. The ocean was soooooo.........warm. We definatelly coming back next year.

  We stayed at this property for the month of March, 2011. The description was accurate regarding location. The photos were accurate reflecting the appearance, but the condo was not clean. Floors were very dirty. Furniture was cheap, and very uncomfortable. Chairs at dining table were coming apart. There was an aluminum table when you walk in the front door, which made it look very picnicky. Our stay was disastrous. We had an infestation of german cockroaches in the kitchen. An exterminator had to be called. We contacted the owners on a Friday (of the first week we were there,) and they did not send the exterminator until MONDAY! We also had ants in the drawers of the bedroom. Exterminator had to remove drawers to balcony and spray. Needless to say, we could not use those drawers for the rest of our stay. We lived out of plastic bags for the whole month we were there. Owners were not cooperative. We had no cookware in kitchen. I bought a whole set of pans to cook with. They told me to send receipt, and they would reimburse me. As of today, July 2, 2011, I have not heard from them. I did send receipt for cookware and a bulb for the bathroom which we were replaced. They never responded to me. This was our first time renting a condo, and it was a very discouraging experience. As for the building itself, one day we were without water. On other occasions the elevators were out of order. You had to buy a card for the laundry room. We couldn't get one for about a week because the machine was out of order. The back door entry to the condo was never locked at night. Security was minimal. Back entrance to the ocean was covered with dog droppings, and beach area was very small, and congested with unmbrellas. You could barely move on the beach. I would not recommend this condo for anyone, any age.

  Owner response: We renting and using this condo for two years. Everyone was very happy and keep coming back. This lady call us twelve days after she stay on Friday around 5.00 p.m. In one hour we sent two people to spray an appartment, but she refuse. Of course exterminators only could come on Monday, which they did and they told us those ants rental people brought in side. And after almost two weeks rental start complains about pots and pans. We should charge he for bringing in our please bags but we did not. We offer her to pay for pots /ask for reset/ but she mail us resets after 1, 5 months from her groshery.She is kind person who never could be please. Our condo is great and everyone including us loves it!!!!!!!
