This property is ideal in its location and in its amenities. Located just off Main Street the home is two lots north of a staircase leading from Park down to Main and all of its unique attractions, including immediate access to the center of Sundance Festival activities. The home has three bedroom suites equipped respectively with a King, Queen, and full/twin bunks. There is a loft with a fold out Queen and all four of these areas have HD flat screens. In the summer, there are roof windows to assist the mountain air in cooling the home. The kitchen is fully equipped with island, ice making refrigerator, dishwasher and microwave. It has a one car garage with auto door/opener. The hot tub sits on the front veranda and there is a back balcony which immediately overlooks Main Street, Park City, the site of many of the Sundance Film Festival activities. All beds have contemporary linens and each bathroom comes with full cabinets. Cable TV and High Speed internet are also provided. The location can't be beat! Especially for holiday and Sundance Film Festival activities. Rental INCLUDES 24 HOUR SPA AT CLUB LESPRI, only a short distance from the home at no extra charge.

The Unique Benefits at this House
This home is steps away from Main Street...literally: one stair case down to Main from Park, allows all day access to the eateries, clubs, unique shops, and the Egyptian Theater. Close access to the Town Lift, Harry Os, hiking and biking trails, as well as the energy generated by the Sundance Film Festival and the Park City Arts Festival were all reasons for my investment in this area and this particular home. The home is packed with amenities including HD TVs, hot tub, a balcony overlooking Main, loft, open beams, high speed internet.

I grew up in Utah with some years in San Diego. Park City is the most international town in Utah, bringing with it the flavors of the world besides 3 great and challenging ski resorts. Downtown Park City, once a mining town, now boasts some of the best night life, top restaurants, challenging golf venues, and the best film festival in the world. Park City is renowned for its biking trails, both road and mountain, its world class skiing and Olympic park, the celebrities that gather in its nightly haunts, its cool summer nights, as well as the best powder on earth. All of these drew me to purchase property just 60 miles from my home. I own a law practice encompassing a large part of my life and the state of Utah. I needed the break that Park City provides.
