Lido Isle is one of the most exclusive and private Islands in the area. You will enjoy a beach atmosphere, without the beach traffic and noise.
Our home is approx 2400 square feet and recently renovated, so it has that designer touch! We are about one block from the Sandy Beach Bay. The home is FULLY furnished ... just bring a toothbrush! Our home has never been a rental unit. It is a warm inviting home home away from home or Executive type rental. We prefer a minimum of 2 month rental.
We have three private tennis courts on the island along with a great playground for little kids. You are close to John Wayne Airport (15 minutes), restaurants, banks, shopping, theater. Most residents on Lido are permanent residents, so this is not a transient area.
Maid service will be included with rentals on a bi-monthly basis.
Our home is available with a minimum one month rental, but preferably longer. We take great pride in our home and hope you will also!!

- On the island are two wonderful sandy beaches, plus a great equipped playground for children. At one of the beaches is a small snack bar for lunches. Lido has great walking paths throughout the island!
Rate Details (In U s Dollars)
MONTHLY RENTAL ONLY. SUMMER RENTALS ARE MAY 15 TO SEPT 15 AT $2000 per week,
minimum 4 weeks. Monthyly rental until May 15 is $4000.
Security deposit equal to one month rental required at time of booking. Full
First month payment due 30 days prior to rental. Rate above does not
include 10% city sales tax. If you cancel during the 30 days prior to move in,
security deposit will be kept unless we are able to rebook. There is a non
refundable cleaning deposit of $250.

We spend part of the year in Phoenix and Part in Newport and now part in Portland! My husband is an Attorney and I was a General Contractor of Luxury homes. Now, we are enjoying being grandparents, thus, the only Photo I have of myself and grandbaby!
Why the Owner Chose Lido Isle
This is the ultimate place to go for us. It's close to home, it has tennis courts, it's not noisy like other islands, plus we have wonderful beaches on the island and also there are playgrounds for kids to use. We are 15 minutes away from the airport, so it's an easy commute to Phoenix or wherever!
