This unit is on the 6th floor of the east corner at Watercrest Condominium Resort lacated on Thomas Drive. It has a large wrap around balcony with an AWESOME view of the gulf, where you can watch schools of Dolphins or just sit and enjoy the tide come and go on the beautiful white sugar sand beaches.
This unit has been beautifully decorated in the West Indies theme. Each bedroom has its own TV. The living room has a BIG SCREEN TV with surround sound VCR and DVD players. The master bedroom has a king-size bed with a private bath and also shares the wrap balcony. The guest room has two queen-size beds with a private balcony overlooking the tennis courts and has a large adjoining bath. The kitchen is fully equipped and furnished with new cherry cabinets. Linens are also furnished. All you need to bring is your bathing suit and plenty of sun screen.
We make an extra effort to be sure our unit is clean and well equipped. We want you to come back year after year. Our guest are most important to us, we are dependant on you. Association specifies no singles under 25 years of age and no pets. This is a non smoking unit. Please e-mail or telephone for more information. Absolutely no one under the age of 25 without adult supervision. Spring break the deposit will be $1000.00 for your protection as well as ours. My family and I had a wonderful experience. The condo is beautifully decorated and the kitchen was stocked with everything we needed. I highly recommend staying here if you come down to PCB.

A lovely condo with a wonderful view of the ocean. The condo was clean and well kept with all the amenities you will need. The owner was responsive to questions and needs. I would recommend this property and we will be back.

Absolutely loved our stay at the condo. One of the prettiest and cleanest condos weve stayed at. Loved all the windows in the living room over looking the ocean and just a short walk to the beach. Would absolutely stay in again. Owners was very friendly and great people to talk too and take alot of pride in there condo. Condo was just as described if not even better when we got there. High recommend!

My wife & I wanted a long weekend trip to the beach before it got too cold. We thought the Veteran's Day weekend would be perfect timing & it was. With the sun shining every day, temps were in the mid to high 70's, absolutely perfect. We found the Clark's unit at Watercrest to be just what we were looking for: clean, beautifully decorated, very nice amenities & friendly staff that made us feel welcome & safe. We highly recommend VRBO #25102 as a romantic getaway, or for a family vacation.

My family, myself, and girlfriend stayed in Cathy's condo mid October. Cathy is very hospitable and easy going. Her place is very nicely furnished with everything you need. The two solid walls of glass in the living room provides a GREAT VIEW of the beach and ocean. The balcony is HUGE. Cathy and her husband's place will not disappoint you! If, you decide to rent from them. You will be very happy you did!!!

We stayed in this unit October 14-17 2005. It is beautifully furnished and has a wonderful view. It was a great trip for us and we would definitely stay here again. The owners were very nice and great to work with. Taking into account the size, furnishings, and location, it is a great value. We would highly recommend it.

My family and two guests stayed the last week of June at this beautiful condo. It was so spacious and beautiful. We enjoyed the balcony and the big screen TV! My kids had a great time as did my husband and I. Thank you for a wonderful place to stay for our first Florida vacation in over 15 years.
