We had a lovely stay in this condo! Family and kids had a blast ....condo even provided some board games and its right next to the hot tub and pool !Balconies were just wonderful to sit out ,realx and enjoy the view...thank u for a wonderful stay and look forward to staying in the future!

The condo was just perfect! We had everything we could've possibly needed for our stay provided for us and it was in a great location with easy accessibility to the shops and restaurants on the island and to the beach. And working with the owners to get everything set up for our stay went very smoothly. We definitely will be returning!

Great Condo - best in Port A

This was the best condo we have rented in Port A. Three bedrooms, each with a bath was fabulous. The facility is comfortable and had absolutely everything we needed. We planned, hoping not to have to go to the store, bringing paper towels, bathroom tissue, Kleenex etc, but everything we needed was there including coffee filters which we had forgotten to bring. The location is wonderful, close to Beach Access Road 1A. We will diffidently stay here again.

We have stayed in many, many places in PA and some have been so awful I can't even tell you but this place was the best EVER. It was clean right next door to the pool so my granddaughter could be sleeping and we could just run in and check on her often but still be outside with the other kids. Everything worked out like a dream and it was very quiet. Wonderful. We would stay here again and again and I've recommended it to several of my friends.

Super Clean with everything you need!

Very large home....3 bedrooms and 3.5 baths! Each bedroom had it's own bathroom!! Great balcony to sit and enjoy the sounds of the ocean. Kitchen was fully stocked...even items like spices, crock pot, BBQ tools, and more. All appliances worked and were like new. They had a weber grill, pool floats and lawn chairs. Pool is literally next door to the house which made it convenient to eat lunch, put younger kids down for a nap, and not have to pack up everything for a quick trip back inside. We went the week after mother's day and we were the only people in the entire complex! Furniture downstairs in livingroom and dining room was all very clean and comfortable! Linens we soft and smelled great! Loved that there was a washer/dryer...we utilized it! TVs with dish network in each bedroom came in handy the day it rained! Contacted Sue (owners) a few times and she was very nice and helpful. They have put together a book of all the dining options on the island with pricing. FYI, eat at Moby Dicks....young children should order a corn dog (trust me it will make their day)! :) ONLY 1 issue....ALL the beds boxsprings squeaked! :( I'm a light sleeper and so is my 8 month old. She would wake up everytime my husband or I moved in the bed. We ended up having to move her into a different room (which was fine) but my husband and I didn't sleep the best either. My parents sleep in the master bedroom and the box spring squeaked too but it wasn't as loud and didn't bother them at all. My 3 and 4 year olds slept on the twin beds and weren't bother either. I LOVED everything about this house except this one issue. We could have tried the sofa beds but we didn't want to sleep in the livingroom.

Thanksgiving at the Beach

Lovely rental property. Spacious open living/dining room. We had a marvelous time playing games, watching TV, etc. There was room for everyone. When one of us needed to get away from the group for alone time, it was very nice that there were TVs in each room. Unfortunately the weather wasn't warm enough to enjoy the upstairs decks, but we could imagine watching sunsets from up there! The ease in walking to the beach was marvelous, without being on the path to the beach, which would have created foot traffic by the unit. The owner was very responsive to email communication.

Perfect Weekend Get Away

Rented this condo with a couple of friends and had a great time! The place was incredibly clean, lots of space, a REALLY short walk to the beach, and all at a really low rate. We decided to make this at least a biannual thing and will be looking into getting the same place again.

The condo was just as we had expected it to be. It was very clean and has everything that you would need. You do not have to pack your entire home to go on vacation. We also met the owners of the condo and they are very nice people. Everyone in the complex, including the neighbor, are nice people. The pool was also clean the entire time depsite the rain. We thoroughly enjoyed the property. Girls weekend - loved the layout - accommodated 7 women perfectly - plenty of room, bathrooms and living area.....next to the pool was great, as there was tons of seaweed on the beach...we just partied at the pool...close to town, which is what we like being close to the restaurants and night spots...I know most of us will consider and recommend this place again, as we go to Port A often, with and without our families...Very clean and comfortable - Home away from Home...

End of Summer Family Vacation

The Toscano, Obaya and Ortiz family loved our stay at your condo. The complex was very quiet and out of the way from the traffic on the main roads on the Island. The condo exceeded our expectations, was larger than expected and it had everything we needed to comfortably enjoy our stay. The pictures that you provided do not do justice to just how spacious and lovely decorated the condo is. Our family could not have asked for a better place to be for our vacation and our other family members that stayed elsewhere on the Island were envious of your condo. The kids loved the fact that they were right next to the pool and that there was a variety of board games that were provided for them after a long day in the sun. Looking forward to staying with you again in the near future.

Second year in this unit, great time. The only bummer was the pool. If it had a chiller, it wasn't working. Pool was very hot.

This condo was perfect for our family get-away. We had 4 couples and one child staying there and we couldn't have enjoyed it more. The property is bright and sunny and is right next to the pool and hot tub which we used frequently. We had no problems with any other residents being loud by the pool and there is a shower right there for cleaning off the sand. The property itself was immaculate and nicely decorated. The owners have thought of everything (even all the light switches were labeled) and the place is fully equipped. There were board games provided and the kitchen has everything you would need. All of the appliances and fixtures are modern and the bed linens and pillows were great. We were just so impressed with everything. While there isn't beach access from the property, it is a walkable distance, but it is best to drive on Beach Access Road 1A if you are taking a lot of gear. We were close enough to the stores and restaurants, but not right in the thick of things, which we liked. The property owners have their act together and get back with you right away and clearly outline all of their policies and procedures. She even let us have a slightly later check-out because no one else was checking in; we didn't even have to ask and we really appreciated that. I highly recommend this property. We will stay here again in the future. We also recommend the Port Aransas Brewing Company. We ate there one night and picked up pizza from there the next.

Our family has been visiting Port A for many years but staying at this Condo provided us with the best family vacation we have experienced. The property is clean and beautiful! The owner is friendly and efficient and has the condo stocked with every possible item needed for cooking, relaxing and spending time in the pool and at the beach. I highly recommend spending time at this property and my family certainly hopes to return again soon.

This is a beautiful condo with everything you need for a great beach vacation! It is right next to the community pool and the kitchen has everything you would need. We cooked all our meals at the condo and had no problem!! The condo was clean and while some people said that they walked to the beach, we drove! We had my 19 month old with us so it was easier to drive! All and all, it was a great place for a family get away!! I would love to rent it again next year!! Thanks Sue!!

This was the perfect spot for our family retreat. We had a group of children and adults. The kids loved the spacious living rooms, bedrooms and of course the pool right next door! My sisters and I stayed for our girls getaway in April! This townhome was perfect! VERY homey, VERY clean, and roomy! Each bedroom having it's own bathroom was extremely helpful. We made use of everything...grill, gametable, hottub, pool, beach. Decorated tastelfully...felt like my own vacation home. Highly reccomend! Family friendly!

The place was great. We really enjoyed the grill and had a super time. The fact that you had 3 bathrooms was fantastic and the girls just loved having a TV in their room. The weather was amazing not a cloud in the sky the entire time we were there. We all look well rested and tan. The fact that the pool was beside your unit was great. We used the internet access and were really thrilled to have it when our Daughter Amelia caught a shark off the pier. We needed to figure out how to fillet it. The shark was delicious we made fish tacos out of it. Great time all around. Thanks for the opportunity to rent your unit. We'll keep you in mind the next time we head south. Thanks again. First of all this home is beautiful. we couln't ask for more. Everything is so in detail, we loved it. We stayed at the house with my family that came from Germany and they really had an amazing stay. It was like vacation on vacation. Beautiful new house with pool. TV in every Room with your own restrooms but to top it off the pool table. Even my mom and dad couldnt resist to play. We will be back it was so relaxing. Thank you for the unforgetful stay.

We had such a fantastic time at this condo - it's got everything! The decorations are adorable - each room is themed like the beach. We were so comfortable - they thought of everything. We were the only people there - had full use of the pool all to ourselves. We were 1/2 a block from the beach. We really couldn't have asked for better. When we left - my 3 year old asked if we were coming back to our beach house.... definitely!! Wonderful, wonderful time - I highly recommend it - and you just can't beat the price for everything you get. Such care was taken - we wish it was ours. We will be back for sure!

Great Property for Families

We spent 3 nights at this property - 2 families with a total of 4 children. We found the property to be clean, well furnished and spacious. It was right next to the pool and a block from the beach. The owner was very helpful - we had our baby girl with us and were concerned as there was no baby gate but the owner quickly offered to refund us if we bought one - we had so much fun out and about in Port Aransas that we soon realised we didn't really need one after all! We'd certainly consider this property again for a larger group and have already recommended it to friends.
