Aloha and welcome to my slice of paradise. This house is on a gated, landscaped 5 acre oasis.
There are incredible views from every avenue! A short 5 minute walk puts you at the water's edge of Kealakekua Bay where swimming, snorkeling, scuba & kayaking are the best in the world. Spinner dolphins live here year around in this beautiful bay and Humpback whales migrate here annually. This is also the famous site of Captain Cook's Monument and King Kamehameha's final reign.
This house was designed for large family gatherings or it's perfect for a corporate retreat. There is a complete gourmet kitchen built around a large centre island in the Great Room. With views to the ocean, conversations will flow during your delightful meal preparations. Then dine inside or out on the expansive 700 ft. lanai overlooking the pool. Also at pool side is a large gas bar-b-que.
Outside, there is a 1,200 s/f tiled pool deck with shower and bathroom, a sand volleyball court, a 1/2 mile walking path and 15,000 s/f of rich green lawns. All yours to enjoy in complete privacy.
Inside, there is a large den which opens up to the outside lanai. It's equipped with a bar, full size pool table and 48" LCD TV with surround sound. There are 4 large bedrooms, 2 with king beds and 2 with queen beds. There is also an office with a convertible queen futon couch which is like a 5th bedroom. There are 4 full baths and a complete laundry room. The house is fully furnished with all you'll need, including giant beach/pool towels, beach coolers and beach chairs. This unique home is your's to use for the most comfortable and relaxing vacation spot on the Big Island

Rate Details (In US Dollars)
$550/night (4 night minimum) .. $3,400/week (discounted rate)
Plus tax of 11.4% & non-refundable cleaning fee of $350
50% deposit due within 10 days of reservation
The balance is due 30 days prior to arrival date
All cancellations must be 60 days before arrival to receive
refund. All refunds will be minus cleaning fee
Payment can be personal check, cashier's check or Paypal. All Paypal fees are paid
by renter. A separate damage deposit of $1,000 is required.
