Why the Owner Chose Ship Bottom
We chose to buy here because the beach is great and doesn't get washed out with bad weather or in the winter like some other areas. It is close to the beach foremose, but also close to the bridge (1 mile) and walking distance to a bakery, bike rental, mini golf, spa, restaurants, boat and jet ski rental, grocery store and more.
The Unique Benefits of this House
Our home is the 3rd house from the beach and great to go out to the beach and so close it is easy to go back for lunch or bathroom breaks. Great with small children. The bakery around the corner is excellent for breakfast or treats and you can walk to a lot of places. Our street is also pretty quiet.
