We are offering a beautifully appointed one-bedroom apartment with views of San Francisco Bay and the city skyline for your vacation rental.
The apartment occupies the lower floor of a three story Victorian duplex. Stylishly decorated with contemporary furnishings. 900 square feet of living space.
You walk down 25 steps on a public stairway and through a private gate to your apartment and private lawn/patio area.
Charming downtown Sausalito is a 10 minute walk down the hill and a convenient grocery store and restaurants are just a few minutes walk.
We have often been told we are so lucky to live in such a wonderful space, located in one of most beautiful and unique communities in the world.
We agree, and are delighted to be able to share this environment with travelers from around the world. From here, metropolitan San Francisco is easily accessible by ferry, car or bus and famous natural sites such as Muir Woods, Mount Tamalpais, the Golden Gate National Recreation Area are minutes away by car.
Additionally, beside its own offering of unique shops, restaurants and galleries, Sausalito provides the perfect place from which launch a day trip to the wineries of Napa Valley, the historic towns of Marin and Sonoma counties, and the beaches and trails of West Marin.
