  We had not been to PCB in 15 years, but will definitely visit more often now. I loved this condo and the view was a bit of heaven. There were only 3 of us for our 5 night stay, so it was extremely roomy. The decor was beautiful and made you feel like you were in the tropics. It was very clean and had plenty of linens, and appliances. I only cooked breakfast a couple of times, but it had plenty of dishes ect.. My only complaint with the unit is that the carpet is worn quite a bit. I have read many negative posts about the elevator and I thought it was very fast and we never had to wait over a couple of minutes. I also saw a complaint about the parking garage, but this unit has a private parking space and the garage was fine, although I felt some people drove too fast, especially around the corners. Our AC quit working, but Jon told me to flip the breaker which fixed it instantly. Another thing I was disappointed in were the pool fees because I was not aware they were not included with my rental. I talked to another person, who was also not aware, and he said his fees were being returned to him, but I will not request that. I do hope my 200.00 deposit is returned to me in a timely manner because I have read complaints about deposits not being returned. I will definitely write another review if this does not happen, since we left the condo exactly the way it was. In conclusion, I would like to also say how easy it was to check in. Jon texted me a code on the day we arrived, so we went directly to our room upon arrival.

  My family and I had a really good time, Excellent views from balcony and where you enter the room. The swimming pool and beach were great. and really close to everything. I had Questions along the way owner was very fast at answering them. (he may not want me saying this on review with all the questions he probably got tired of the texts. ) He was very helpful. Thank you for letting us stay in your condo.

  John and I spent 5 days here and loved every minute. The condo was nice ~ quiet ~ clean...with everything we needed to feel at home. We were close to all the activities that we wanted to do and the staff was polite and helpful. We got to spend some time with friends and family. The beach was perfect (as always)...We appreciate Jon sharing his home with us. And we hope to be able to get away and come back and visit soon.

  We stayed at this condo from 7/7/2012 to 7/14/2012. There is a lot of waiting in line to check in but a place as big as this and everyone wanting to check in at the same time what do you really expect. They will let you use the lobby restrooms to change and you can use the pool or go to the beach until it is time to check in. We had no problems with check-in. During the peak times of the day the elevators are awful you will wait up to 30 minutes for one. There are only three sets of them if you ride down then back up you will get to your room much quicker. As for the condo its self it is nice and cheaper than most in the place. You have a really good view of the ocean from your 22nd floor balcony. Somewhere close sets off fireworks every night around 10pm, or did when we were there and you have a great view of them. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need. There are plenty of towels, wash rags, and bed linens. It is really a good place to stay, close to everything the best location in PCB if you ask me. Wal-Mart is right across the street, very handy for groceries or to pick up anything you might have forgotten to pack.

  My friends and I stayed in this condo for our spring break and it was amazing. The place was clean and super nice! We loved staying in it! The place is located right on the beach and the view is beautiful. Along with that the staff at shores of Panama were very helpful and made the experience very enjoyable! I hope that we can stay here again if we come back!

  I was a bit hesitant to rent to these kids but they proved themselves. The did as we asked them to do and was not a problem at all. They kept the unit neater than some adults and everything was in it's place. They told me they had a Blast and wanted to come back next year.

  My family and I stayed here and it was a wonderful resort. The pool was awesome, Tiki Bar with food and beverages were right on and the beach front was to die for. The staff and owner were very helpful giving us advice on where to not only play but places to eat, shop and enjoy our time here. I will definately be coming back next year. This makes the second time we have stayed in this unit and it is always clean with some extras you don't find like toys for the kids to use on the beach. Location was good close to everything for us enjoy. Great family place with just a enough for us older kids to stay out of trouble.

  I have a very difficult time relating and/or understanding the critical comments posted about this condo and owner(s). My personal dealings with the owner was very pleasant, almost as if arranging a family vacation with a relative. He was very polite and made sure our trip was most enjoyeable and comfortable. He answered all of my questions about the condo and made sure our check-in was easy! The entire resort was out of his world beautiful, our view, the pool and all the staff and guards on duty watched out for the children and made sure their safety came first. I do plan on coming back and assuring that we rent from the same owners. The condo was decorated very nice, plenty of linens, dishes and even some products there to get us started. Many memories have been made there, thank you!

  We just recently got back from our vaca from this unit and we had a wonderful time!! This place was soooo nice and roomy! it was very clean, for the price we paid i would have to say i dont think we could have gotten a better deal anywhere! wonderful view! owner checked in to make sure everything was fine and comfortable for us! i want to go back now!!!!!
