112001 AMAZING OCEAN VIEW!! Corner Condo - Sleeps 8. Two bedrooms, two full baths on the 4th floor. Overlooks 3 pools. This condo is as close to the ocean as you can get! It has just been repainted. It's private, clean and beautiful. The master bedroom has a king-sized bed, the 2nd bedroom has 1 queen size bed and 1 full sized bed. There is a pull-out Queen-sized sleeper-sofa in the living room with a huge flat screened TV!! There are 3 TV's, 3 DVD players in the condo. BEST OF ALL....there is NO traffic problems (2 minutes from Pineapple Willie's....3 minutes from Captain Anderson's or Hammerhead Fred's). Don't rent in the area where you can't even move in the traffic. This is THE BEST DEAL ON THE BEACH.....guaranteed!! Other amenities include on site restaurant, tennis courts, gift shop, bar, very-easy delivery service (pizza!!), helpful and friendly staff, tons of very-close parking, and a car/boat wash area. Your kids can run around (even at night) on this security guarded complex and be completely safe. This condo is our "home away from home." In Sept of 2010, I stayed here for my 1st time! I love everything about it and I am headed back to stay in the same condo this weekend (4-15---18th!) I plan on making this my vacation place to stay when I come to PCB!! This condo has it all!! View is awsome!!! Just bring your fun hat and enjoy!!! I also love the total relaxation you can have here in this condo!! LOVE IT!!!!
Recommended for:Adventure seekers, romantic getaway, sightseeing, tourists without a car, pet owners, age 55+, families with teenagers, girls getaway.
