This modern waterfront, Miami holiday rentals home, features 6 bedrooms and 4 baths with a large lofty living room with 14 foot high ceiling, a large kitchen with breakfast area and a formal dining area. The Sans Souci area is very exclusive and has security guards guarding the community with gorgeous Miami Beach vacation villas. It is centrally located at a 5 minutes drive from Bal Harbour and its wonderful beaches, 10 minutes from Aventura and 20 minutes from South Beach.
This Miami holiday rentals house was fully renovated, featuring a superb wooden kitchen with top of the line fixtures and stainless steel appliances.
On the left wing , you will find 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. It is in that area that you will find the Master bedroom & Master Bath. The marble master bathroom features a top of the line Jacuzzi bathtub and an independent shower with double shower heads and shower jets. The other 2 bathrooms in this area, feature slate and white marble with designer vanities and top of the line plumbing fixtures. A brand new TV was recently added to one of the guest rooms.
Miami Beach vacation villas give you the opportunity to enjoy your Miami vacations in the best possible comfortable way. This villa can accomodate comfortably up to 12 guests.
For your entertainement purposes, it is equipped with a new 37” LCD flat screen TV, DVD, stereo and a new computer with free internet and access to over 12,000 free movies and TV shows available through Netflix. It features a nice swimming pool area, boat dock, Florida room, bbq.
We've also added a Fuzz ttable, a Pool table as well as a PlayStation with Video Games.
Adjacent to the dining area, we've added a cozy bedroom with a full size bed. This whole area overlooks the deck, canal & Pool.
On the opposite side of the house, we have another wing with 2 spacious bedooms with a beautiful bathroom.
Miami holiday rentals, especially Miami Beach vacation villas are the best lodging alternative when staying in Miami.
No motorcycle groups are allowed in the properties that we rent.
Vacationers are not allowed to have any parties or gatherings in our properties.
