  • It’s been two weeks since my return from holidays in NYC and I’m still raving about the condo. In NYC it is all about: location, location, location; and this condo truly is situated in the best location! Being just one block south of Central Park gave us the opportunity to stroll through the park in the mornings and in the evenings, the weather was fantastic and we took every opportunity to walk (through the park) as it was so close. After chatting with the doorman/concierge, who were all quite helpful and super friendly, turning left to 7Th Ave would get you the orange line, turning right to 6th Ave would get you the green line – you were never far from any of the attractions: sites of the town, museums, art galleries and of course shopping! You are just a few blocks east of the best shopping in NYC: 5th Ave and Madison Ave. The condo is set up with all the necessities of home; it is clean and newly decorated with ample space, quite rare in NY. David makes sure you are comfortable right up until the end of your stay. Traveling to NY to a hotel is no longer in my vocabulary – I just hope the condo is available for my next stay!   • My wife and I rented the apartment at 100 West 58th Street. We try to regularly take time out an get a hotel room in a 4 or a 5 star hotel and play tourist. We take the day off go to a museum or a Broadway play a nice restaurant. We found the apartment to be delightful. I feel bad about writing a good review because I plan on renting this apartment again and who need the competition. Please Ignore this post you really won't be disappointed if you rent here it is a great location and a great space well worth what they charge.

  • Last week you helped me find accommodations in New York city. You found the luxury condos at 100 west 58Th street and 6Th ave. I'm writing to let you know just how fantastic it was. I don't usually comment either way but for this, I needed to let you know. The communication/booking process was simple and convenient (the owner was texting responses to my questions late into the night) The place was fully equipt, spotless and very, very spacious.(who says that about anywhere in Manhattan!!!)

  • We decided to travel to New York City very last minute and feel as though we have found a gold mine! The building is secure and appears well managed, the unit was perfect and the location we found to be the best we have stayed. The shopping was within walking distance and the proximity to Central Park was perfect. There were several good restaurants within three blocks and the market, which is literally right next store, had anything you could have needed. We travel up to NYC several times a year and going forward this will be our first choice to stay.

  • What a great place to stay. Its close to my work, so the convenience of being able to work and play is phenomenal. The area is excellent. Great shopping and spas on 57th, a block away from the best shopping on 5th avenue, and close to all the important business addresses in NYC. The apartment is spacious, neat and clean, well decorated, gigantic TV in the living room to veg out after work, and delicious cups of Keurig coffee, that even beat the Starbucks located right downstairs. Oh, did I forget to mention the fantastic grocery, drugstore, cleaners, etc, all within a minutes walk? Check this place out. You will be very satisfied.

  • The Best Place to Stay In NYC Forget about hotels with bad service, loud street noise and tiny room, if you want a real holiday with style and happy memories, then this is the place to be. We wanted something different this time (June 2009), the added benefit of “living like a New Yorker”. I found David’s posting by luck, and what luck it was. While other places I found can be rated as “met expectation”, this place can only be said as “FAR exceeded all my expectations”. “The Place” The building is manned by a doorman and a concierge. The lobby is modern and classy. The place is big by any city’s standard with a nicely equipped kitchen. The place actually has two FULL bathrooms. The walls thick, so people can sit in the living room talk and watch one of three large LCD TVs without disturbing anyone sleeping. The master bedroom would be the equivalent of a deluxe suite in hotel speak. We had several 4-star hotels as our backup, I am thrilled we found this place, we would have paid three arms and four legs for something comparable even with the discounts. “Get there and around” From either JFK or LGA, you can get to this place for $2 within an hour. From JFK, take AirTran ($5) to Jamaica Station, then E and transfer to F at Jackson Height (from same platform), or take bus Q33 from LGA to Jackson Height and take F. You get off 57th street. Standing at the front door, TURN RIGHT: You are just a few steps away from high-tea at the stunning ballroom of the Plaza Hotel, play out your favourite tune on the Big Piano at FAO Schwartz, or buy your $500 polo shirt at SAKS (that look just like my $5 one from Tar-Gey). TURN LEFT, you can stuff yourself with the best pastrami on the planet from Carnegie Deli or Stage Deli (my vote goes to Stage)… hmm Matzah ball soup... Looking further down the street, you will see the lights of Time Square light up like a mirage and you are just few minutes of walk away. You are just one block away from a nice picnic or a stroll through Central Park to the Metropolitan or the Natural History Museum. So, if you want the best holiday ever in NYC, then you can’t go past this place. If you want the holiday that you will be talking about long past it use-by date, then you can’t go past this place. Whether a romantic “Sex in the City” style get away; a family holiday to treasure or a group of friends to experience the real New York, then this is the place for you. Believe me, I would rather I don’t write this. I rather you don’t know about it at all, so I can stay here anytime I want. But, David had been a very kind and generous host to share this place, so I decided to tell you how it was. If I sounded too happy, well, like I said, I loved the place. I already have other friends who want to stay here next time around. So, I hope you too will have the luck of find this place and have a wonderful time.

  • We stayed in this beautiful luxurious apartment from June 18 till June 23rd. The location and the apartment is more than what you can ask for in NYC; 2 block from Central park, 10 mins walk to time square and museums and a block away from 56 th F line subway stop. We had a great stay and felt like we were at home, the owner of the place (David) was extremely helpful, pleasant and professional. We are planning another trip soon and will not stay anywhere else but here, even if we have to change our plans if the apartment is not available for the time slot. Be warned, for a month we searched for a place to stay and came across many scammers but we were lucky to have found this gem. The place is immaculate and I don’t think words and pics can do any justice ( I know I am raving about this place but believe me, I have been to NYC many a times and I have never enjoyed my stay as much as this last time and it was mostly due to our stay here). I would recommend it to anyone and everyone.
