  My husband, and our two kids (age 3 and 6 months) stayed at this beautiful condo, during our first trip to San Diego. First off, I'd like to say that it beyond met our expectations. We chose a condo to accommodate us better, since we had young children. And honestly, I'll never stay in a hotel again! This condo was stellar and it a perfect location with a breathtaking view! We loved all of the upgrades in the condo. It really made us enjoy the luxury of a vacation, that much more. Our kids loved falling asleep to the sounds of the waves. I was very pleased that this condo. was equipped with more than the "starter" amount of dish soap, laundry soap etc. I was not expecting that, so it was really nice. :-) I was happy that we had our own private parking spot, because parking near the beach, is pretty hard. There's just too much to do, and not enough spots. So this was great to have a spot without any worry! Especially with our kids. Our 3 year old enjoyed playing in the sand on the beach, and we enjoyed morning runs! I researched for weeks trying to find our perfect getaway, and I'm glad I was so adamant about it, because it led me to this one! :-) My son still talks of our stay there and says he wants to go back. We all do! I know if and when we return to San Diego, we will return to this exact condo! It really made us feel at home! :-) I would recommend this condo. to any of my friends/family that were traveling there, or to anyone in general. You will not be disappointed! Beautiful condo, beautiful location, perfect perfect perfect!

  Both places we rented were great. They were right next door to each other. Everything we needed was supplied. The places were very clean and very modern. It was so nice to have a washer and dryer. We all loved the view of the waves rolling in & dolphins playing in them. Was great and the managers replied promptly to any problems. We recommend these to family and friends and will be back. Some of us went to the zoo, whale watching, old town, shopping centers, & seaport village. We were not far from the airport, which made it nice as some of us were from Idaho and Florida. Thank you so much.

  This was our first stay in San Diego and we enjoyed being on the beach and not in a normal box like interior condo or hotel. The front of the building was very close to the Ocean Front Walk so there were great views to the north over the single story adjacent home. The second floor deck and very comfortable raised king size bed provided the best place to be. During warm days we sat on the deck (in our own foldable chairs as just bar stools were provided by owners) and on cold days sitting on the bed provided the same great view. The north and west walls were almost all operable glass windows and doors. The second floor triple leaf sliding glass door opened the north wall to the exterior. The end unit gave a very open feel to the condo. The Ocean Front Walk had a lot of activity but due to the dual glazed windows that had a reflective coating we had privacy and were not affected by the runners, skate boarders, bicycle riders, etc. It was fun people watching. We used the blinds on the ground floor but not on the second floor. The condo is new and I like the building materials. The floors, showers floors and walls had Italian stone and the countertops and backsplashes had granite. The kitchen appliances were good quality with stainless steel finish. The ground floor plan is very open and has a full bathroom. The second floor plan is very large with ocean waves view from the shower and raised king size bed, full bathroom, and very many closets and drawers. The one bedroom condo was clean and the accommodations were fine. It was nice to have a carport, but use a medium size car with short turning radius. Booking online was far superior to conventional VRBO owner direct bookings. I made the booking in one sitting rather than the usual VRBO back and forth surprise paperwork and hassle with the owner. There was a 10.5% tax charge and a 4% processing fee that were listed on VRBO rates. The owner was very professional.

  My wife and I arrived in the Mission Bay area of San Diego and located this property on a Saturday while walking the Beach. We were able to make contact with Matthew and Dane of 710 Beach Rentals despite the fact that it was a weekend. They were able to arrange occupation of the condo on very short notice and we were very impressed with both the property and the property management team. The views from this first class property are second to none and all the amenities you would ever need are on site. You can walk to an array of shops and restaurants too. Waking up every morning with the view of the Beach and Ocean from the elevated King size bed was spectacular! We would book this property and deal with this company again in a heartbeat. It truly was a first class experience for us with some very professional and capable people ensuring that to be the case. We highly recommend this property!

  We loved our stay in this condo right on the boardwalk and close to Pacific Beach. The views from the 2nd floor bedroom are so amazing as well as the sounds and breeze from the Pacific Ocean. We will definitely recommend this wonderful condo to others and look forward to staying here again as we make yearly trip to San Diego every January. Working with everyone at 710 Beach Rentals is so easy as they are always there to answer your questions via email, text, and phone and are super easy to talk to.

  Very pleased with the condo. Very clean and the view was great. A little lacking on furniture in bedroom upstairs. No place to set luggage. Second floor view and ocean fresh breeze is beyond discription. Close to attractions and fun to watch daily life on the boardwalk.

  The condo was awesome! It was modern, beautiful, perfectly located and the bed was very comfortable. We will definitely book it again when we get a chance and will recommend it to others as we can. We loved everything about it!

  We stayed in Rockaway 1 in November 2011 thanks to the expert assistance by 710 Beach Rentals in helping us book a last minute trip. We were amazed by the beauty of the accommodations and the ease of the booking process and the extreme. We really can't say enough about either of those two aspects. We were working with a smaller budget, but decided to "splurge" and will now certainly return to this property. It's worth every penny to walk about your front door and step in the sand (after you cross the boardwalk). Also, listening to the ocean all night was such a treat and there are unobstructed views from every place in the condo. We had a toddler with us and she loved it as well.

  Having stayed on Ocean and Mission Beach for many years, this is a very unique property. The master bedroom is almost all glass (with blinds available). When you go to bed and open the large glass panel, it is literally like sleeping on the beach, as you are literally 15 feet from the sand. The only downside, is that with most properties on Mission Beach, it can be a bit noisy. But the poperty is very modern, and even though it only has one bedroom, the 2nd bathroom is a nice feature. We probably will come and stay here again because it literally doesn't get any closer to the beach!!!

  We stayed in this property and Loved it!! will be back next year!! Loved watching the sunsets on the top patio. Hanging out at the bottom patio during the day. Highly recommend this unit!!
