The location is perfect for exploring Boston – on foot or via public transportation. The unit is one block from the Freedom Trail and also from the Park Street subway station. Minutes away by foot are Beacon Hill, the Theatre District, Faneuil Hall, the North End, the Waterfront, Back Bay, and Downtown. Many of Boston’s famous restaurants and cultural attractions are near-by. Hospitals are a walk or short subway ride away.

This historic building has just been renovated. As part of the renovation the building lobby and concierge desk have been refurbished in elegant marble and wood paneling.

The unit itself has recently been tastefully redecorated and painted. Furnishings take advantage of classic high ceilings, ceiling to floor windows, and parquet floors. This specific unit has some of the best views – you will have views of Boston Common and State House gardens from the windows.   • Great location, beautiful surroundings, excellent city views. Walk to everything. The rooftop deck is spectacular. I recommend Beacon Hill Bistro (Beacon & Charles) and Scollay Square (right next door)for dining. Wonderful stay!

  • We had the pleasure of staying here in late September '09 for 4 nights. The location is absolutely perfect for exploring Boston. We were less than a 5 minute walk from the subway and the tour trolleys. There was a unique and well stocked convenience store within steps of the lobby front door. We visited the rooftop almost every evening and met many of the local residents. The owners greeted us upon arrival and were very helpful and informative. They provided every amenity possible such as bathroom toiletries, kitchen supplies, cleaning equipment, along with a fabulous new tv. We were 100% satisfied.
