We rented last year between Christmas and New Years and were back again this year!! 178 High Meadow is a great home to rent with easy access to the mountain by shuttle and the owner is very responsive and a pleasure to work with. The home is pristine and accommodates our families with ease. Three full baths gave each family their own privacy and space and all of the bedrooms are large in size. Highly recommended for all groups!

We stayed at the house with two other families over Christmas break 2011. The house was extremely clean and beds were very comfortable. It met all our needs of the three families with 8 kids. Kids loved the downstairs playroom, loved the whirlpool tubss in the 1st and 2fl floor masters. Shuttle was convenient to the mountain. Only suggestion I can make is the owner should post more pictures as will only make it more enticing to future renters. We'll be back for sure.

This is an amazing house, tons of amenities. You need nothing but your personal belongings. It is really luxurious and pristine. In a great spot on the mountain (Stratton). It was easy to get to, and the owner made it very easy to stay there in a carefree way. I would definitely stay again and recommend it to big families or couples. You will feel like you are in a 5 star resort but feel at home at the same time!

High Meadow House in Bondville is a top notch property in a beautiful quiet setting. The house is wonderfully appointed with a great fireplace and lovely deck. It is a perfect vacation house for families as the basement is a wonderful play space for kids which allows parents to enjoy quality time (quite time) upstairs. Plenty space to be together or be alone. I highly recommend this house for summer or winter vacations.

We vistited this house in December of 2010 and everyone had a wonderful experience. The house was immaculate and up to date. The owner was very helpful with the whole renting process and we had no troubles at all. The shuttle service to the mountain was key. The inside wood shed was great because all of the wood was dry. The two dryers came in handy for drying wet ski clothes at night and the playroom was perfect for the children. We would definitely visit again.

A group of 9 of us rented this house for a weekend. It was spacious and clean, fully stocked with firewood, with a large kitchen we cooked most meals in, and large dining room comfortably sat everyone. House even came with cards and poker chips which came in handy. A 2-minute drive to Stratton baselodge for skiing in the morning and nightlife after dinner. Owner was responsive and professional. Only warning is follow owner directions precisely or you'll be spun around on High Meadow Rd for awhile (GPS does not work). I would easily recommend this house.

This beautiful home is in one of the nicest areas of Stratton and our experience was fabulous. The description did not even do it justice. When we arrived, everything was clean and extremely well maintained. The owner was very accomadating before the trip to make sure all was well. When we arrived, the owner made sure to leave us a lovely summary of the area and make some recommendations. The shuttle service comes right to the driveway and takes you directly to the mountain. We ate at Mulberry Street as they suggested, and loved it. It is an extremly comforatble and reasonably priced rental for a large group.

Though the house is obviously outfitted with families in mind, but it was PERFECT for 12 adults. We brought a mix of couples and singles, skiers and spa goers, shoppers and couch potatoes, and everyone got exactly what they wanted. The common space lets big groups to interact without feeling confined to one room, but you can still go to your room and be totally alone in a house full of people. The first words out of each arrival on thurs was "we have got to do this again next year". The owners were consummately professional and easy to get in contact with during the process. We'll be back next year.

Easy access, 2 min. drive to the slopes, fine dining and shops this home located in High Meadows is extremely well maintained as well streets and drive way are cleared from snow daily. Heated 2 car garage makes unloading and loading that much more easy! This house is done beautifully inside and out. Spacious and tastefully decorated, it accommodated our 2 families perfectly, with fantastic common areas, large kitchen and dinning room adjacent to the ample living room with fireplace not to forget to huge playroom with pool table, TV area, 2 large seating areas and lots of games and space for kids to play in. All bedrooms have beautiful views drenched in natural light, with lots of closet space and cozy beddings. This house is loaded with ammenities, stocked with everything and more than you would need. It makes a perfect place for a large family or group to stay. The home owner, was extremely helpful in the planning for our trip to Stratton, fast to respond to any questions, and very accommodating. Kind, responsible and professional, It was a true delight planning ahead, feeling safe and well in High Meadow Home and now planning to soon return!

This was our 3rd year renting this house and as always we had a great time! The kitchen was just updated and is absolutely gorgeous it fits our family of 13 comfortably. The house is clean and has everything that you need! It is close to the Mountain and to the outlets. We will rent it every year as long as we can. The owners take great care of there home.
