It is located in the Carriage House that was once Dennis Connor's home in 1979 and then became the Austrailia II Amercia's Cup headquarters in 1983 the year they won the Cup. Lee's Wharf is ideally located on Lower Thames St. at the foot of Young St.

It is easily accessible by car, and you can walk to the restaurants and shops and just outside your door. Here you are only steps away from the water and the excitement of Newport Harbor. Off street parking is available in nearby public parking lots.
