The Hamlet is a best-kept secret of Fort Myers Florida. This condominium community is tucked away just off of the infamous palm tree lined McGregor Boulevard. The neighborhood is quiet with beautiful mature vegetation. The community pool was recently updated with resurfacing and new pool furniture.
This particular unit is newly furnished and freshly painted and includes a large flat screen television, wine refrigerator, and well-equipped kitchen. The large master bedroom features a walk-in closet and his and her sinks. A laundry room is also a nice feature with new appliances. The guest bedroom is furnished with a trundle bed that converts to twin beds or a king size bed. The living room couch is a queen sleeper sofa, so there is adequate room for guests. The outside lanai will serves as a tropical oasis with a privacy fence making it a great place for sunning, barbeques, and afternoon cocktails.

Furthermore, it is less than a mile away from the City of Palms High School Basketball Classic Tournament held at Bishop Verot High School.
