Palacio
This apartment was built right on top of an old palace. The palacio from the 16th century now carries three new floors with apartments, one of which is available for rent this season. Inside the palacio, you will find a fashion and interior design shop, a restaurant and an art gallery.

The building is located in the middle of the bustling old city center called El Borne, on the corner of calle Sabateret and Flassaders, which is one of the streets in El Borne with the most designer boutiques.

Inside
Entering the building, passing the doorman and taking the elevator to the third floor, you will find your tranquil hideaway for this season. The interior design of the apartment is modern, with a defenite modernista touch, as you will see in the pictures.

The apartment is loft-like, with its spacious feel and sleek columns. You will be surprised by the calmness of this home away from home. For a large part, it looks out on a spacious and light inside patio.
