- Pet Friendly : Small pets only. Addtional fee will apply, non-refundable of $200. Limit one small pet. Tenant must be responsible for cleaning after the pet, must clean the entire house inside and out. Must remove all pet odor as well as hair, etc. Written request must be submitted. The pets are not allowed in the bedrooms.
- No Pets Allowed : Only if able to keep them in the balcony or open area downstairs. Written Consent must be obtained. Must be small pets and can not use the rooms and or furniture.

The Water is magical, to see the canal the manatees and then look out to the bay...priceless. Fishing heaven, both back country and/or off shore is our hobby. We have made the house a perfect place to enjoy our fishing with a spacious downstairs and everything you need to go fishing and to clean the fish available downstairs, I am happy to keep the upstairs beautiful and clean. We love the fact that we can just hop on our boat that is in the water in our backyard...a tour dock and just turn the key and enjoy the ocean without trailering the boat and putting it in the water... A get away from reality right at home. Quite neighborhood with only nice homes.

Very nice house in nice area, although some of the properties nearby are not maintained. House is lovely, open and spacious and very conveniently located. Well equipped, could use more towels and more kitchen cookware. Lots of nice dishes and great appliances. Very roomy and great owners!! Grocery store within walking distance.
Owner response:Absolutely we can only take care of our house and we do, other may not. If you need anything please ask before and I can try to accomodate ur needs if I can. Some like to cook, some like to order in, other enjoy the experience of our great Key Largo restaurants and fresh fish...I have lots of menus...and if you need to cook just ask...we have rice maker, crock pot, blender, pots & pans..

My family,of 8,spent our Christmas vacation at this beautiful,modern,clean, spacious home located in a very quiet area where a 4' iguana sunbathed on a tree limb overhanging the canal and egrets fished from the dock. The owners were extremely hospitable,taking care of our every need and welcoming us with fresh flowers,wine, and special treats. This property was in a great location to explore the Everglades, the other Keys,Miami and South Beach. We spent one afternoon snorkeling and kayaking nearby. Our family looks forward to returning to this property.
