While others may claim "BEST LOCATION", this spacious STUDIO, at Ocean Club West, is in a location that is hard to beat. Here's why: Ocean Club West is one of the few resorts within EASY WALKING DISTANCE TO THE IGA GRACEWAY GOURMET SUPERMARKET. Click on View Map to see what else is in the area. I like the satellite view and the ability to zoom in or out.. Ports of Call, the Regent Village, and the Salt Mills shopping area are all in walking distance. Casual or top notch restaurants can easily be reached without a car. Iif you do want a car for a day or two, Avis is right across from the supermarket.
Studios aren’t all the same and here is why I believe my studio at Ocean Club West is better. My studio offers a two burner stove and full size refrigerator, while most studios only offer a microwave. Why cook breakfast or your pasta in the microwave? With my suite you can have bacon and eggs with your coffee. A visit to the supermarket helps to keep your vacation costs under control.
Another amenity at Ocean Club West is complimentary gas grills that are provided near the pool. Compare that steak cooked on the gas grill to one cooked in a microwave elsewhere and you’ll be glad you chose Ocean Club West.
The terrace in my studio at Ocean Club West has a generous 18’ x 8’ terrace and easily seats 4 people at the table. Unlike many terraces, mine is covered and screened. In the Caribbean the sun is strong and whether you are enjoying your lunch or just reading you will appreciate the covered terrace complete with ceiling fan. The screened terrace is a big plus anywhere in the Caribbean, particularly if you enjoy evenings on the terrace. Your dinners or relaxing in the open air will be bug-free. With the 9’ glass slider open, the screened terrace adds another room to your studio and keeps the mosquitoes out of your suite. And during the occasional shower the covered terrace offers a protected area where you can still relax outdoors. You’ll enjoy sleeping with the sliders open to the screened terrace so that you can enjoy the ocean breezes. If you prefer to close the doors, the suite is fully air conditioned.
While some studios can only accommodate a queen size bed, that is not the case at Ocean Club West. My spacious suite offers a king size bed.
The suite offers free calling to the United States and Canada. Call home or to friends and talk as much as you want, any day of the week, any time of day. If your friends want to call you, this suite has a Connecticut phone number that rings in the suite. I also provide a local cell phone, so that you can even be contacted when you are away from your suite.
I provide a laptop computer in the suite so that you can check your email or browse the Internet 24 hours a day in the comfort and privacy of your own suite. The suite offers its own private wireless network if you prefer to bring you own computer.
My suite offers Sirius satellite radio for commercial free music.
My studio also offers 100% cotton sheets and cotton/bamboo luxury towels, washer/dryer in suite, ironing board and iron, shampoo, conditioner and soap, hair dryer, room safe and much more.
Ocean Club West enjoys a wide beach and is located on a low-density part of the beach on Grace Bay. The Grace Bay Club is our next door neighbor and The Pinnacle, a 28 unit luxury condominium is on our other side. To pinpoint the suite, you can go to Google Maps and enter 21.798N 72.175W in the search box. The green arrow will point to the building the suite is in.
If you are looking at listings that add a "service charge" be aware that you are dealing with a resort, not an individual owner, as individual owners do not collect a "service charge". Another clue is that the "reservations phone number" is an 800 number. Be sure you are getting the suite you think you are with the amenities that you want by booking directly with an owner.

We just spent 5 nights in Providenciales, Ocean Club West studio and it was wonderful. It was easy to find, (the owner gave up great directions). It was very clean; the patio is screened in and huge. We loved having our morning coffee out on this patio as it was quiet, beautiful views, nice breeze to wake you up for the day. We did rent a car, which I would recommend if you want to go searching for new places and look at other beaches. You don't need a car as there is shopping within a few minutes walk and a grocery store a few minutes walk too. Several places to eat along Grace Bay, lots to do and see. The food is so good, even though we brought some from home and made a few stops at the grocery stores, when we did eat out, it was excellent. The Turks and Caicos Islands have the most stunning and beautiful beaches. There are so many, you have to grab a map and go searching. Wonderful experience and I know we will come back to these islands someday!!Recommended for: Tourists without a car, age 55+, sightseeing, romantic getaway, adventure seekers.

Ocean Club West is absolutely the best location on the beach. You can go either direction and find what you want within walking distance. Owner was great and easy to deal with. He was honest about the limited view and the place was as descibed.For the money you can't beat the deal. We would definetely return. Also stayed @ Ocean Club East for a couple of days until this unit became available and although I would also rec it ,I would prefer West. Unit itself was clean, equipped and very comfy.Recommended for: Tourists without a car, age 55+, families with teenagers, girls getaway, families with young children, romantic getaway.

My husband and I just returned last night from a week at OCW424. What a great vacation - we are already planning our return in November. Keith was excellent to work with - we had a small issue during the first days and he was easy to contact and very quick to respond and resolve! The unit is just as the pictures depict - everything you need for two! We definitely enjoyed having computer access in the room (most were in the lobby or at the internet "hotspot" at the restaurant), Sirus radio (played it every evening!), and washer/dryer. Easy walking distance to restaurants via the beach or the road - IGA very close and easy to transport groceries via bikes. Definitely thinking of renting with Keith's again!Recommended for: Tourists without a car, age 55+, girls getaway, romantic getaway.

Just returned from our 6 day stay in Provo. Great location. Great unit. Everything you need and more. The condo was perfect for my wife and I. Ocean Club West is a beautiful resort with the best beach and the best location on the island. (We biked around the island and checked out some of the other resorts/beaches) Everything you need is within walking distance from the condo. Bikes are provided by the resort if you feel adventurous. I don't think we could have found a better value on the whole island. I could have stayed in bed all week and stared at the view outside if it wasn't for the beautiful beach just a few steps away from our unit. We certainly would rent again if the unit is available. About the owner: I originally purchased at Ocean Club West in 2005. Since then I have bought two additional suites. I owned a travel agency for many years and find that the experience has helped prepare me to be aware of guest needs and trained me to oversee their reservations and payments.
Why the Owner Chose Grace Bay:
Beautiful beach,walking distance to supermarket, walking distance to many restaurants, two tennis courts for day'/night play, large swimming pool, well maintained gardens, restaurant onsite, plenty of parking, fitness room, dive shop onsite.
The Unique Benefits at this Condo:
The laptop in the suite is a big plus. Because I love music the Sirius satellite radio makes my stay much more enjoyable. Free phone calls to the States and Canada also saves a lot of money. Then its the little things like the expresso coffee maker, the bathrobes, the beach bag, the luxury towels, the spices for cooking--it all ads up to a more enjoyable stay.
