Castle Reef, a NEWLY RENOVATED oceanfront condominium complex now under NEW MANAGEMENT, is located on the quieter south portion of New Smyrna Beach where cars are not permitted to drive on the sand. Our condo unit is located on the 3rd floor (w/ elevator) and is one of the oceanview units nearest the water and away from the noise of the beach highway. It contains the following:

- Generously equipped KITCHEN with stone tile countertops.
- DINING AREA.
- TILED FLOORS in the kitchen, dining and living areas.
- BACK PATIO w/ great views of the landscaped courtyard,
pool/gazebo area and Atlantic Ocean.
The quiet 1,000 sq. ft. (approx.) unit is fully furnished and equipped w/ central air and heat, color TVs, refrigerator w/ ice maker, self-cleaning oven, dishwasher, disposal, cooking utensils, small appliances, dishware and ample linens. The unit is capable of comfortably accommodating four (4) adults, with a maximum of six (6) persons, including children, allowed. Please provide your own beach gear, towels, chairs, etc. Sorry, NO PETS.
Castle Reef is a FAMILY-FRIENDLY BEACHFRONT COMPLEX that has recently undergone major structural renovation. Unlike many condominium complexes, it is designed with an abundance of green space and nicely landscaped courtyards. Castle Reef includes the following on its premises:

my family thoroughly enjoyed this condo on beautiful new smyrna beach! my husband and i have spent multiple times there with just the two of us, another trip with friends, and now with our new son! it is perfect for a romantic getaway or a family vacation spot - there is something for everyone. the condo owners were very accomodating & friendly! and the condo was fully equipped with everything we needed to cook in and relax! the property was delightful with beautiful landscaping and a refreshing pool overlooking the ocean. we spent the evenings having cocktails watching the sunset & listening to the ocean waves from the exterior balcony. we also biked to downtown from the condo, only a few miles away! i highly recommend this condomonium and new smyrna beach!!
Recommended for:Romantic getaway, sightseeing, pet owners, adventure seekers, girls getaway, age 55+, families with young children, families with teenagers.

Very comfortable condo and well equipped. Nice pool area and the beach is great. New Smyrna is hard to beat for a great time.
