Castle Reef is a NEWLY RENOVATED oceanfront condominium complex located on the quieter south portion of New Smyrna Beach where cars are not permitted to drive on the sand. Our condo unit is located on the 3rd floor (w/ elevator and handicapped access) and contains the following:
-Nicely furnished LIVING ROOM AREA w/ pullout sofa, love seat, TV and recliner chair.
-MASTER BEDROOM w/ king size bed, TV and private BATH (handicapped-friendly).
-GUEST BEDROOM w/ 2 twin beds, TV and hallway BATH (handicapped-friendly).
-Generously equipped KITCHEN and DINING AREA.
-BACK PATIO w/ great views of the landscaped courtyard, pool area and Atlantic Ocean.
The 1,000 sq. ft. (approx.) unit is fully furnished and equipped w/ central air and heat, color TVs, refrigerator w/ ice maker, self-cleaning oven, dishwasher, disposal, cooking utensils, small appliances, dishware and ample linens. It is capable of comfortably accommodating six (6) adults. Please provide your own beach gear, towels, chairs, etc. Sorry, NO PETS.

BOATING, FISHING AND GOLFING: New Smyrna Beach offers anglers and boaters world class fishing and boating in the Atlantic Ocean as well as the calmer waters of the nearby Intracoastal Waterway and St. John's River. Golfers will be pleased to discover that there are over a half-dozen golf courses in the area on which to enjoy their game.
NEARBY ATTRACTIONS: New Smyrna Beach is located one (1) hour from Orlando and nearby family attractions like Disney World, SeaWorld, Epcot and MGM/Universal Studios.
