On the first level of this home you will find a queen guest bedroom with private bath and access to this property’s private pool.
On the second level of this home, your group will be greeted by a state of the art kitchen with bar seating, a comfortable reading area, and dining seating for eight. You will also find a comfortable living area with a sleeper sofa and TV/DVD for your viewing pleasure. A powder room, laundry room, and small office area with wireless internet is also located on this floor.
The third level will provide superb sleeping areas for your group. The king master suite gets plenty of light and has a private bath with shower and separate Jacuzzi tub. Also, on this floor is a queen master bedroom with private bathroom and walk-in closet as well as a room with two queen beds and private bathroom.
The pool is a great asset to this properties enjoyment, but cannot be heated for your rental.
Just under ¼ mile away is the beautiful Atlantic Ocean and sandy Singleton Beach. You can enjoy this walk either by foot, bikes, or even the Village at Singleton Beach private golf-cart shuttle*. You will surely not be disappointed.
*This home situated in a small complex, a gated community of beautiful homes and offers a private golf cart shuttle to the beach. The shuttle will run Memorial Day through Labor Day 2011 and will be available 9 AM-5 PM. This shuttle will NOT run on Saturdays.
