The condominiums are located within a short walk to the beach, train station, history downtown area, full of restaurants and shopping, walking trails, etc. The City of San Clemente is a historic town, built in the "Spanish Village By the Sea" theme. If you love the sun and the sea...this is it. The City is very scenic and makes you happy just being there. It is also centrally located within a driving range of both Los Angles and San Diego. Many attractions, Sea World, Disney Land, Lego Land, Zoo, Shopping Malls, Gourmet Restaurants, Casino, Etc.

I am a developer and I built this building myself. I originally intended to sell them as super luxury condominiums. As I started building it, I fell in love with the location and the building and a result, I simply overbuilt it. I've used materials that far exceed the city and engineering specifications. I also overspent on the super luxury finish and furniture in the units. The units are better than Ritz Carlton Hotel.
