If you love the sun and the sea...this is it. The City is very scenic and makes you happy just being there. It is also centrally located within a driving range of both Los Angles and San Diego. Many attractions, Sea World, Disney Land, Lego Land, Zoo, Shopping Malls, Gourmet Restaurants, Casino, Etc.

I am a developer and I built this building myself. I originally intended to sell them as super luxury condominiums. As I started building it, I fell in love with the location and the building and a result, I simply overbuilt it. I've used materials that far exceed the city and engineering specifications. I also overspent on the super luxury finish and furniture in the units. The units are better than Ritz Carlton Hotel.
