Very comfortable with large outside patio, patio furniture and gas barbecue and views of the mountains from the patio. Washer and dryer in unit.
Covered carport and offstreet parking. 18 hole par 72 Golf course, 14 lighted tennis courts and 21 pools on site. Walk to the clubhouse with restaurant, bar, pro shop, etc. Many other golf courses in the area too.
Central location close to shopping, restaurants, movie theaters. A short drive to the El Paseo shopping district or visit the Living Desert and the many places to hike in the desert. Hot Air Ballooning is available in nearby Indio.
