Stayed for 10 days in this wonderful home, very clean and spacious. Everything to make the stay comfortable was there. The owner and property management company was available immidietaley when we requested pool heat. This house was perfect for my family of 6. The location was in a quiet well kept area. The trip from the house to the disney parks was only a few minutes ride. I would reccomend this house and property owner to anyone and we will definently stay here for future trips.

We were two families of 4 who rented this house for a Disney/Universial trip. It was great! There was plenty of room for everyone! The two master bedrooms had a private bath each, and the kids had their own bathroom as well. The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed to cook our own meals at night. This was a huge savings! Anything you need was within easy driving distance of the house. We were close enough to the parks to drive back to the house to rest for a while, then hit the parks again in the late afternoon. Perfect location and size for a great family or group vacation!

I would like to add my positive comments about this property and excellent experience it provided for me and my family. It was more than we had expected. The pool was a pleasant suprise to all of us. The description as Kiddie Pool is understated. The pool was great for the teenagers and adults. The house was clean, comfortable and provided us with the knowledge that when we got "home" from our daily trips we would find a safe, comfortable and pleasant place to relax. I would highly recommend this house to anyone looking for a place to say. The owners and property manager were very helpful and always available when needed. The house was close to nearby attractions and restaurants all of which were easily accessible. When we return to the area we would not hestitate to stay here again.

This house is wonderful & I would recommend to anyone that is visiting the Kissimmee area to book this home. We had two families with a total of four kids & everyone had their own bed; three bathrooms were wonderful. Tons of room so you had that “home” feeling to relax after enjoying all the parks. Thanks for making our trip even more special.

Home from Home -Only Better!

Ok, I'm not good at writing reviews but I definately do want to give this property, its owners and the maintenance team a big thank you and thumbs up from us! The home had everything we might need and I honestly cannot think of an occasion when we wanted something but couldn't find i. The house itself is perfect for families because the rooms are around the central living areas which meant that the kids are in easy reach which made them feel less isolated. The three bathrooms worked so well - we have two but that extra one made life so much easier. No mad dash when we came back and needed the toilet, no arguments over leaving stuff ou t, no bickering over who needed to wash first. Life was pretty easy! The delightful Micky room was stuffed full of character feeling although the bedspreads were a little well-loved :). Everything was clean and welcoming and even a clean-freak like me, couldn't fault this clean and well-maintained home. We have a pool at home-we are Australian!- but the kids spent more time in this one than they ever do our one! Many emails went between the owners and ourselves, both over the actual rental and then when we needed some help when we were over there (package for my daughter's birthday failed to be delivered) and Adnane's responses were amazingly quick and pleasant. I've never met him, or his family, but I get the feeling they'd be lovely. We contacted the maintenance guy a couple of times and he could not be faulted. He was super-friendly and must live very close cos any problem and it seemed like he was there the minute we put the phone down! There is a great Publix very close to this property, in fact nothing was very far away. It was nice to know we could get to, and from, the Disney parks pretty quickly because they were our main reason for visiting. There are a few shopping malls near by but the Nike ones were my 15yo son's favourite! We spent one evening at Medieval Times which was pretty expensive but totally worth going to and we would defo recommend it. The boys spent a fair bit of time at a shooting gallery which they loved. Disconcerting but there you go! We would absolutely recommend this property to anyone. The house isn't just a rental, it's a home: what more can I say? Thank you!

Wonderful vacation

The house was exactly as described. It was extremely comfortable for four adults and one child (ages 4 through 72). If we had brought two more children with us it would still have been more than adequate. Everything was clean and in good working order. Before we rented this house the owner was very helpful and patient with all of my questions. The location was excellent. We were close enough to the Disney activities that we were able to come home in the afternoon, take a nap and a swim and then get a second wind for later in the day. There are lots of restaurants and supermarkets a short drive from the house so accommodating our needs was easy. I would recommend this house to any family wanting a fun vacation in the Disney area. This was a much more comfortable way to travel than staying in a hotel and I can recommend this property unconditionally.

The pictures of this home do not do it justice. The neighborhood is very conveniently located; just minutes from 192 and Disney but quiet enough that you don't feel like you are in the middle of everything. The home has everything you need and it was nice for everyone to have their own space after fighting the crowds at the parks. It was awesome to be able to do our laundry throughout the week and cook on the grill at the house. The kids had an awesome time in the pool. I couldn't be happier with our decision with this home. For the price and the location you will not be disappointed.

The accomidations were more than we expected. We loved all the space even with 10 people we were not crowded. In addition we were delighted with how the kitchen was supplied with everything we needed. We cooked a lot and had everything we needed. Kids loved the pool too.

This was a great vacation for our family of 5 adults, everyone had their own space for the 'siesta's' they needed after a busy day. We've already recommended this property to our friends. The listing depicted the property exactly and we arrived to find the home as we expected it to be. The location was perfect, just far enough away to avoid noise and traffic but close enough to be everywhere in five minutes. Our communications with the owners were handled promptly and pleasantly and I'd stay there again without reservation.

I want to tell you how much we enjoyed our time in your vacation home. Our grandson really enjoyed the pool, watching his grandfather and parents swimming. We loved the layout of the house and there was plenty of room for everyone. Some of our relatives were in Orlando at the same time. We hosted a dinner for them on Sunday night, and they were quite impressed with your house and requested your vrbo link.
