We stayed in this rental from october 31st to november 6th, 2010, and had a wonderful time. It was perfect for a party of 4 (with a one year old) The rooms, the living room and kitchen were all very comfortable and spacious... Everything was beautifully in place and with a really nice aroma! By far, much better than staying in a hotel. The condo is really near by the theme parks, the outlets and all the important places in Orlando. As the other reviews say, you should bring dishwashing soap, laundry detergent and toilet paper. The only thing we were no able to turn on was the TV of the living room because of the low signal, but Peter help us as soon as I mentioned the problem. Peter was very communicative and helpful the whole time! We will definitely consider returning to this condo next time we go to Orlando. It was perfect!

We just returned from a week at Peter's condo at Venetian Bay Villages. I chose his property above similar properties based upon the excellent reviews of both the condo, the Village, and Peter as the owner. As I anticipated, I will add my name to his list of very satisfied customers! In working out the arrangements, Peter was helpful, responsive, and friendly. I found this to be true throughout my stay as well. Our one and only disappointment was that upon arrival, apparently the housekeeping service had left the condo without any toilet paper, paper towels, soap, etc. I mentioned this to Peter, and I don't think future guests will have that experience. This was of course remedied by a visit to Walmart for all the normal stuff, which is located within a couple miles of the Village. The furniture and decorations are very comfortable and very attractive. The main living room, dining room and master bedroom are furnished beautifully, as you can see in the photos. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need. There is also a washer/dryer upstairs, which is very helpful. There is cable television in the main living room and the bedrooms, and we also enjoyed playing with our Nintendo Wii on the main TV. Venetian Bay Village itself is a terrific choice for a place to stay while visiting the parks and attractions. It's a lovely layout in a good area, a gated community with emphasis on 24/7 security. We always found the security personnel to be courteous and friendly. There are several pool complexes on the grounds, but the biggest and best is located very close to Peter's condo. It features a huge, heated main pool and Jacuzzi, with plenty of lounge chairs. The main offices, which has an inviting lobby, opens to the pool. You are very close to Vine (Highway 192) which is a main artery to Walt Disney World. It is LOADED with every imaginable restaurant and place to get whatever you might need. Both of the upstairs bedrooms have two beds apiece. Probably one family at a time (rather than two families sharing) is the best fit for this three bedroom property. We were DELIGHTED with our choice, and would gladly recommend this place to any family wanting the Orlando experience.

My family and I stayed in this condo and were extremely happy with it. We had our three children, my parents and sister. We never felt that we were confined or tripping over one another. It was the first trip we had taken where we actually felt relaxed. The condo is extremely well located. It was a short drive to Sea World and Disney. We were able to easily get to the local grocery stores and Wal-Mart. We found the place to be exactly what was described. We definitely found it to be a home away from home. The owner was very helpful, before, during and after our stay. We will definitely be staying here again. Thank you Peter for giving us such a wonderful memory.

We stayed in this rental from July 3-11, 2010, and enjoyed it very much. With a family of five (with three children), renting a condo is much easier and more comfortable than staying in a hotel. The unit was spacious enough that my mother-in-law was able to come stay with us for a few nights while we were there, as well. We used the kitchen daily, and the rental was a perfect base for the theme parks. We spent four days at Disney and one at Universal (which is farther away). We also spent some time in the pool and jacuzzi, as well as walking around the lake. The one piece of advice I would give to visitors of Florida is to take a Brita water filter with you. I live in Oregon, where we have wonderful-tasting tap water. The Florida tap water is pretty awful everywhere! It smells and tastes like something akin to sulfur. I'd also suggest that you bring dishwashing soap and detergent, as well as laundry detergent. We took advantage of the dishwasher and laundry facilities, but had to purchase small quantities of detergent (and toilet paper) at the store. (There's a Publix about 5 miles away, and a Walgreens about a mile away.) Peter was very accommodating and communicative, and we will definitely consider returning to this unit next time we go to Orlando. It couldn't have worked out better!

This was THE perfect place for our family to stay--plenty of room, VERY clean, great place!! It was only a short 20 min. ride to Disney ... even shorter to the airport (Orlando MCO) the kids LOVED the pool & hottub (there are 3 or 4 pools!) and the staff is top-rate & always helpful. Peter (the owner) is very approachable & always available for questions. It is a gated community with a guard at the gate for a very secure feeling as you enjoy your vacation. There are no stairs to the 1st floor, including a bedroom and bath, which was good for my elderly parents, and 2 BR and a bath upstairs gave my family privacy, as well. I would recommend this condo to EVERYONE. (and it's a Great value!!)

My family and I spent a week in this townhome. We were immediately pleased when we arrived. The home was very clean and had everything we needed for our stay. It was easy to get on the toll road and end up right at Disney. Whenever we had a question regarding the home or our stay I was able to email Peter and get a prompt response which was great. The reservation process was very simple and we had no problems with our departure either. We have rented a lot of homes in Orlando and this is one of the best so far. We will definetely be staying here again. Thank you Peter!

My husband and I spent 10 days in Kissimee renting this condo. What a pleasant surprise to walk into our place and find the dining room set for fine dining-very tastefully done. The master bedroom was lovely with a very comfortable king size bed( I slept so well) and large ensuite. Upstairs the bedrooms were nicely decorated with two twin beds in each and full bathroom as well. Washer and dryer worked well.We were close to Disney and shopping and restaurants. With the g.p.s. we had no problem getting around. I cooked most of our meals and the kitchen was fine. The community pool was 87 to 88 degrees and the hot tub 104-very enjoyable and not too crowded. The gated community was very well maintained and great for morning walks. I would certainly reccomend staying here-the unit was very clean and we had a very relaxing holiday
Owner response:Thank you Gracie and Ralph for your comments. Very much appreciate them. Most importantly, I am very very happy that you had a very pleasant vacation and your stay at my townhouse was comfortable - Peter

This townhouse had everything we could ask for in a vacation rental. We spent a week in January 2010, and it was wonderful. I enjoyed the Jacuzzi and the kitchen was well supplied with everything we needed during our stay. Lots of linens available, and very well appointed living area. The grounds are exceptional and the gate/security staff very polite and helpful. Since the weather was a bit cooler than we would have liked, with record cold temperatures all over Florida at that time, we did notice the cable package could have been a bit better, but we only noticed because we spent a bit more time indoors than we would have otherwise.......I recommend this property and we will stay there again in the future......Peter made everything very easy to do, and arrival and departure went very smoothly.......Thank you, Ellen
Owner response:Thank you so much for your review. Your constructive feed back will help me tremendously to make my guests stay in the townhouse pleasant and comfortable. Thanks - Peter

My friends and I stayed at this condo in June and we were surprised at how large the space was and convenient too. Universal Studios was a short drive away and alot of shopping close by. We are already planning our next trip to Orlando and will be staying here again.
