Accommodations:  Loft-Like Apartment, 2 Bedrooms + Loft, 1 Bath (Sleeps 4-7)

This is a 120 square meters or 1290 square feet loft-like apartment: 1 huge living room with kitchen, 2 bedrooms, 1 Bathroom with bathtub and a separate shower, 1 WC, 1 balcony.

We can provide, for free, a crib and a king size inflatable mattress.

The rental includes free Wi-Fi high speed internet access. iTunes users can listen to their favorite songs. The Wi-Fi transmitter is an Apple Airport connected to the stereo system.

The apartment is located on Petrske namesti (Petrske square) minutes away from all major city attractions (old town, Charles bridge...). You can walk from there almost everywhere. No car needed. The best Prague's shopping center (Palladium) is just at the end of the street. Some of the finest restaurants are outside the building or around the corner. The Vltava river with a great children playground and a Bio store are, as well, just one minute away. All of this in one of the quietest areas of Prague.

  • We enjoyed our stay at Sebastian's Home. It was roomy, safe and very comfortable. The walk to Old Town Square was about 15 minutes with lots of great restaurants along the way and a grocery store around the corner. Sebastian was kind enough to pick us up and take us back to the airport. What service!! We had a wonderful time in Prague. Thanks Again Judy and Kevin

  • We stayed at Sebastian's apartment for four days September 2009. The place is great! Large rooms, lots of light, very comfortable for families, excellent location and amazing interior design! We walked everywhere from this location. Yet, it's off the busy tourist areas so it's quite and relaxing after a busy day of sight seeing. Sebastian, the owner, is very helpful. Was open to all our requests, great guy. I recommend highly. Amos

  • My friends and I rented this apartment for a long weekend and it turned out to be a great decision! As the pictures depict, it's a real cool place to hang out. When you're in prague you walk and walk and then walk some more. This place was a sanctuary to come home to and just chill for a few before going out for the evening. This is definately not your cookie cutter apartment for rent. It's big and set up for entertaining. there are interesting pictures on the walls, an extensive music collection, and stylish furniture. We all felt very at home here! Sebastian, the owner, was also very helpful. he mapped out lots of great restaurants and bars to go to as well as site seeing destinations. Thanks Sebastian for making our trip so memorable.
