We spent a long weekend in Prague and could not have stayed in a better place. Everything excellent, including the restaurant recommendations. We had great food at Sonsho around the block, but should have asked for the price of their improvised menu. This apartment is highly recommended!

This place is a true find in Prague. If you would rather stay in a loft with great decor, this is your place! The apartment is clean and very comfortable. The location is perfect for all the Prague sites, yet quiet - so quiet that we forgot we were in a city. The Metro and trams stops are just a couple of blocks away. Check out La Boca restaurant just a block up the street - great Argentina tapas bar. Excellent food and wine. The arrangements were easy and Sebastian is very responsive and provided great information about the city and day trips.

Great apartment, great location, and incredibly affordable. Everything was exactly as described and the photos are accurate. Absolutely loved the "raised" kitchen and the remodeled bathroom. Don't miss out on the wine bar next door!

If you are thinking of visiting Prague with the intention of finding a nice apartment to call home away from home. Well, look no further - this is the apartment to book. My husband and I have just returned from a terrific trip to the wonderful city of Prague and then onto Budapest. We have used this site many times for booking apartments and when looking at Prague we came across Sebastian’s listing. Let me tell you a bit about it. It is centrally located, within walking distance to all the attractions. The benefit is that it is in a quiet neighbourhood setting. There is the church bell in the background which lulls one to sleep. Need a place to eat after a long day enjoying the sights, then you will look no further than just around the corner. Terrific place for pizzas where the students go, there are a few with terrific menus and offer an outside patio so one can enjoying the night air. Right across from the apartment is a lovely little place which we enjoyed a breakfast one day. And after a day of walking, why not kick back at the wine bar just on the corner of the entrance to the apartment. Sebastian also told us about a new restaurant that had just opened called Sansho. You will need to make a reservation but it is worth the dining experience and is only a two blocks walk from the apartment. The apartment itself has a neat little lift and of course there are the stairs. The apartment is exactly like the description- the apartment is open, lots of seating, the windows open, the bedroom is spacious, there is a separate bathroom and the main bathroom has a bathtub and of course a lovely walk in shower area. Probably the best shower that we have enjoyed in a European rental! There is also a smaller bedroom adjacent to the main bathroom. It is well furnished and very comfortable. We felt safe in the area. As there are cobblestoned streets everywhere make sure you pack your walking shoes as you will be glad after a day of walking. Do try to book the Opera, it is worth it. You can book online before you arrive. Walking distance. We hope you will also enjoy the apartment as much as we did. Sebastian was very helpful in supplying us with terrific information and answering all our questions before we arrived. I would suggest taking advantage of the taxi service that he recommends, they are wonderful and you can book from home. To all enjoy your time in Prague we really did. Cheers,

This property is exactly as advertised. No car needed, very nice location but I think the big difference is that the owner is genuinely interested in making sure you have a comfortable stay. Sebastian's recommendations for dining options, finding a work-out facility, even suggestions on transit for our next stop in Berlin, made our trip very enjoyable. The apartment itself is very spacious and clean and the internet signal was better than any of the 4 star hotels we stayed in as we moved on to Germany. I wouldn't stay anywhere else if returning back to Prague. Thanks so much!

Nice open feel to the apartment, great kitchen. Great place to come back to after a long day of sightseeing. Close to the transit system. Adjacent to a nice pizzeria. Sebastian has been the most helpful owner of a vrbo property that I have ever stayed at. Always answers your emails.

We stayed here for 4 days while visiting Prague with our daughter and parents who were visiting from the States. The apartment was beautiful and well kept - photos are accurate. Kitchen was perfect and there was only a short walk to the old town. There was a grocery store right around the corner, free or cheap parking nearby, and it was very safe to walk around after dark. Sebastian was extremely responsive and helpful both before and during our stay. I strongly recommend this property and would love to stay again if we come back to Prague.

We (couple with a young child) appreciated a lot to have a spacious apartment, well-decorated with all comfort in the centre of Prague. Everything was very-well organized (the information inquiry, payment, keys, taxi...). The owner is very nice and available for any questions. We spent avery good time ! Thank you again !

Our trip to Prague was made all the more enjoyable by staying here. Everything was better than the description and pictures. With it's wonderful retro interior we felt as if we were staying in a boutique hotel. This was only magnified by the resourceful list of suggested restaurants in the neighborhood as well as helpful hints in exploring the city. It's perfectly located and I would recommend it to anyone looking to stay in Prague.

We stayed at this apartment for a week May 10-15th and loved the location, amenities and above all working with the owner on the booking. Sebastion was most helpful on every front. The description of the apartment is right on.....it is spotless, has great wi-fi and everything you need to make meals. There are great restuarants within a few steps of the entrance and a grocery 1/2 block away. Transportation is nearby with the Subway stop 2 blocks away at the shopping center, the tram about a block and walking to most everywhere takes 10 to 15 minutes. The only suggestion I have is if you have a number of bags take a cab from the train station......it is a number of blocks and on cobblestone streets and sidewalks. Overall I would rate this a 5 star, great value and would stay there again in a heartbeat!

We loved the apartment, the location is perfect, close to the city center but not in the middle of the crowds. The loft is done with beautiful taste, the shower and tub areas are very nice! You have everything close by, great restaurants, great shopping and a grocery store a few steps away. It's a great area to walk. We found a beautiful little bazaar (across the street), where you can find very affordable antique pieces. We highly recommended!

We enjoyed our stay at Sebastian's Home. It was roomy, safe and very comfortable. The walk to Old Town Square was about 15 minutes with lots of great restaurants along the way and a grocery store around the corner. Sebastian was kind enough to pick us up and take us back to the airport. What service!! We had a wonderful time in Prague. Thanks Again Judy and Kevin

We stayed at Sebastian's apartment for four days September 2009. The place is great! Large rooms, lots of light, very comfortable for families, excellent location and amazing interior design! We walked everywhere from this location. Yet, it's off the busy tourist areas so it's quite and relaxing after a busy day of sight seeing. Sebastian, the owner, is very helpful. Was open to all our requests, great guy. I recommend highly. Amos

My friends and I rented this apartment for a long weekend and it turned out to be a great decision! As the pictures depict, it's a real cool place to hang out. When you're in prague you walk and walk and then walk some more. This place was a sanctuary to come home to and just chill for a few before going out for the evening. This is definately not your cookie cutter apartment for rent. It's big and set up for entertaining. there are interesting pictures on the walls, an extensive music collection, and stylish furniture. We all felt very at home here! Sebastian, the owner, was also very helpful. he mapped out lots of great restaurants and bars to go to as well as site seeing destinations. Thanks Sebastian for making our trip so memorable.
