One bedroom apartment. Cute, bright, furnished, high ceilings, renovated, and a private back yard in Manhattan.

Apartment is on the first floor and in the back of the building so it is quiet. There is a full size bed as well as a couch that folds back into another sleeping area. The washroom access is through the bedroom. Apartment is a perfect little pied-a-terre in the heart of Manhattan.
Cable television is not available but there is unlimited free movies, a wireless internet connection and a Ipod speaker to listen to your Ipod on.

Great and safe location near everything and easy to get to any where in the city - close to buses and subways. Great apartment to stay in and experience New York.

Location is on the Upper East Side; on East 73rd and First Avenue.

  • We had a fantastic experience with the host & property! We would recommend it to everyone. The unit was exceptionally clean, was in a great location & well stocked. Patti was a great communicator regarding our reservation & answered every inquiry with great efficiency. We truly hope to use this unit again on our next NY trip.   • My kids and I stayed at Patti's apartment earlier this month. My son is 10 and my daughter is 3. I didn't want them to have the typical tourist experience of New York, and I thought it would be fun to stay in an apartment and make believe we were New Yorkers for a few days. The kids and I had a blast. The apartment is in a nice residential, safe neighborhood. It was clean, comfortable, and just right for our needs.
