We offer a three bedroom villa that is lavishly furnished, decorated and supplied with everything you’ll need. The beautiful resort community offers diving, snorkeling, deep sea fishing, biking, golf, kayaking, swimming with the dolphins, shopping, fine dining and much more. We are conveniently located just an hour south of Cancun, 20 minutes south of Playa Del Carmen and 15 minutes north of Tulum.
The villa is big, luxurious and fully equipped, it is fully furnished in Caribbean decor.
The villa is facing the marina, and is near the restaurants, dolphin pond and shops. Enjoy the spectacular view of the marina and its yachts. The marina building features a 10 person outdoor whirlpool tub, walk-in pool and propane barbeque area under request (additional fee applies)

I am co-owner and developer of this touristic condo in Puerto Aventuras, in which we rent spare time to other users. The condo is administered and maintained full time by professionals, so you can expect to arrive with everything on top condition. We are permanently hosting visitors and guests on the condos; the service is hotel class.

very quiet condo location and it is right in the center of everything! everything is so close---shops and the beach and all the restaurants. the pool is magnificent and the kiddie pool is the best one i've seen with different depths for different aged children. the owner is always available to help. the amentities are wonderful with a full kitchen with modern appliances. the jacuzzi was so much fun and private roof deck was fabulous! really couldn't ask for anything more. had a wonderful family vacation!

Family of seven just got back from a week plus stay in this unit. The condo itself as well as the Magia complex is immaculate. The condo is very clean, beautifully decorated and well stocked with all the comforts of home. The views are spectacular, and the roof entertainment area is incredible. I was at first a bit skeptical of the location but I was wrong. This complex has to be in my opinion in one of the top five locations in all of Playa. I was amazed at the level of security in this complex. Guards 24 hours a day at both the main entrance area and underground parking. They will know you by name within minutes of your arrival and will great you at every opportunity. The owner Antonio is also a great person. Very professional and a man of his word. He was patiently waiting at the unit although my arrival was delayed 3 hours. Wife and I give the Magia complex, the Condo Unit, and Antonio five stars. We both agree that thus far this has been the best lodging experience we have enjoyed in our many trips to Playa.

I am writing this comment from the property, as I have been here since January 24 and will leave January 31. This is truly a great place. Magnificient views of the ocean, huge roof deck with a very nice Jaccuzi, a lot of space, very well equiped. And, even better, you feel alone in the entire complex. I would say that there are not more than 10 people around the pools right now. The owner was very reliable and was here waiting for us when we arrived from the airport. There is no catch with this one. Really nice setting. You will enjoy it.
