The expansive views from the patio overlook the Columbia River offering an extremely peaceful setting. The master bedroom offers a large king size bed and there are two additional queen beds in the guest bedroom and the loft. The unit is located directly across from the main community pool and has two reserved parking spaces. This unit will only be rented to groups of 6 or less.
Available amenities that are steps from the unit include golf, swimming pools, hot tub, tennis, basketball and a baseball field. Also close by are great spots for fishing and hunting. There is also a gym available or you can run/walk the hill with many of the other residents. The residence also includes an IPOD compatible stereo, surround sound with Pandora as well as XBOX and a Nintendo WII on the Samsung Plasma TV.
.25 miles from the unit you will find the boat launch that offers access to fantastic wakeboarding/waterskiing on the Columbia River. You can also just cruise down the river to look at the Gorge Amphitheatre.

The trip was just fantastic! Weather was GORGEOUS and the place, as usual, was perfect! Thank you again for letting us rent your home. The new furniture, TV, docking station and upstairs bedspread all amazing. The place is like home. I hope we're always welcome back.

The layout and location of the condo worked out perfectly for us, so it was easy to treat it as if it was our own. The open concept and big kitchen was perfect for our big breakfasts every morning, and we used all 4 slots of the 4 slice toaster. We'll probably be interested in renting it again from you next year.
