House has all BRAND NEW Thomasville and Hooker furniture 2009. Kitchen has 3 ovens, warming drawer, large Sub Zero fridge, microwave, dishwasher and ice maker. House has attached 3 season room with a double Viking grill, refrigerator and dishwasher. House features large dining room with seating for 10 and eat in kitchen has seating for 6 and 3 bar stools. Dining room has china that serves 12. The 3 season room has patio furniture that seats 9. House has 3 gas fireplaces, sweeping stairs, 40 foot ceilings and a wall of windows overlooking the lake. House sits on over 300+ feet of lakefront with cove that runs on side of house great for skiing, tubing or "coving out". House has brand new washer/dryer and deep freezer.
There is a brand new boat dock with 2 slips and large swim platform. House is set up for weddings, large family reunions, corporate retreats, etc. There is plenty of linens, dinnerware, cooking utensils, etc.
The "kids" bunk room is spacious and has large tv for movie watching and another tv area for kids to play video games. There is also a media room with comfortable leather recliner seating.
Patio on house has miles and miles of views from 3 sides and is 2000 sq. feet with waterfall.

This home was the location of our first family reunion. We had families from Alaska, California, Colorado, Georgia, Missouri and North Carolina Everything was outstanding - the kids and adults loved the pool and deck area. We had a group of 30 during the day and everyone had plenty of room to spread out. The kitchen is huge and very well stocked with plates, cooking utensils, etc. The home was very clean and furnished comfortably. We all had a great time and hope to return to this home again.

We had our wedding at the "Castle" this past weekend and it was absolutely amazing. The patio is spectacular and held approx 80 guests (12 60" tables and 80 chairs) quite comfortably. The pictures with the lake or house in the background are breath-taking. We had the ceremony at 2:00 to give ourselves plenty of time to celebrate with our guests. The compliments from our guests were never ending..."unforgettable, so unique, never been to a wedding venue like this one". We would recommend this house as a wedding location without hesitation!!!!

What a great vacation home!! The house was clean and we loved the amenities. Very convenient and close to the private covered dock. Beautiful lake views from every part of the lot. The house was very well furnished and the 3 seasons room was fantastic for grilling and cooking outdooors regardless of the weather.The house is very large and spacious as well as each room. We have stayed at higher end homes all over the world and this one ranks near the top. Two thumbs up!!
