Why the Owner Chose Bigfork
I purchased this condo after my 2 boys completed college, thinking that I would start spending more time at the lake. That hasn't worked out as business has been quite good, the drive takes 4 hours and I haven't yet begun to find the time. The location is amazing and the views are extraordinary. It is just 2 minutes from Bigfork harbor and the quaint little town full of art galleries, restaurants and the oldest running playhouse theater in the west. I love having my own boat slip just a minute's walk from my door. Evenings on my deck are priceless!
The Unique Benefits at this Condominium
Recently, I just completely renovated this condo, I spent over $100,000 in new air conditioning/heating, hot water heater, all new matching GE stainless steel appliances, solid wood floors, solid wood trim, wood blinds and sunscreens, new mahogany cabinets and granite counters in the kitchen and baths throughout. Marilyn Mason paintings throughout. Every single piece of furniture is brand new, all small appliances, dishes, silverware, glassware, etc. are brand new. Brand new Visio LCD Display Televisions throughout. All bedding, bathroom towels and accessories are all brand new. Truly must see to believe!
