Rocky Path is located between two spectacular golf options. The Preserve is the newest SaddleBrooke course and is rugged with wildlife sightings and desert golf. The Catalina is a more established and well groomed course - this is a delight to the beginning golfer. The home is a quiet retreat with a private, enclosed back yard. It is safe and secure for allowing a pet to be free to explore. The covered patio has dining table and chairs to encourage grilling on the gas grill. The yard has established plantings that offer shade and an opportunity to watch the birds, butterflies and hummingbirds that stop by. The newly refurnished home is a welcome place to hang your hat. There is a television in the bedroom but the large screen plasma in the living room is perfect for watching a movie or sporting event.
The kitchen is ready for preparing your favorite meal and the washer and dryer are in the home to make clean-up easy. There is a two car garage attached to the home. Since everything is provided, you only need to pack your clothes and personal grooming items. Enjoy the front patio and the views of the mountains west of Tucson. It is a great place to sip your morning coffee and read the paper before starting your day.

Year Purchased: 2005
We are an active mature couple that enjoy travel and meeting new people. I like to swim and my husband is a hiker. We golf on occasion but have been too busy to become avid about our scores. SaddleBrooke has offered us opportunities to meet wonderful people and develop friendships that will last for years.
Why the Owner Chose Saddlebrooke
It is a community we enjoy and want to share with others. We would like to be here year 'round but our careers do not currently permit it. The weather is perfect and cooler than Phoenix because of the elevation in the foothills of the Santa Catalinas. There are multiple club house options with dining, golf, swimming, tennis, and almost any leisure activity imaginable.
The Unique Benefits of this House
I love to swim and there are 8 pool options - depending on water temperature and whether you want to swim laps or just float. The club houses offer nice places to meet with friends and grab a cocktail or bite to eat. There is a movie theater, several libraries, and frequent entertainment options. They offer stimulating educational series and the community is filled with quality people.
