Why the Owner Chose Briarcliff
It is the most absolute peaceful place in Texas. Close to all of the Texas Hill Country and City of Austin. Golf courses galore....and of course being on a 50' cliff overlooking the lake with boat dock. Fredricksburg 1 1/2 hr, Enchanted Rock 1 hr., San Antonio 1 1/2 hr. Mall, shops, restaurants, bars, 20 min. State parks/caves very close.
The Unique Benefits at this Home and Guest Home
Peace, tranquility, sitting on the shaded back deck enjoying wine. Getting up having coffee watching dozens of deer in my yard. Then hop in the boat and off to a lake side restaurant:)
