The property is conveniently located near downtown St Petersburg businesses, Tampa Bay Rays Stadium, restaurants, museums, theaters, and shopping. You are less than 7 miles to the gulf beaches and the barrier islands. A thirty minute drive will take you to Tampa sports complexes, shopping, Busch Gardens, etc. Tampa airport is a short 20 minutes away. It's an easy drive to Orlando and Disney, Universal and all other area attractions.

The townhouse has two floors and 2 bedrooms. The patio backs up literally to Tampa Bay. Dolphins come right up to the wall. The property is part of a larger complex that gives you the sense that you are in a resort but actually located in the City of St. Petersburg. The property is gated and no one gets through who is not checked - very good security. The location is very, very convenient; 10 minutes to St. Petersburg Downtown Bay Walk; 15 minutes to St. Pete Beach; 35 minutes to Tampa sights like Busch Gardens & Tampa Aquarium; 35 minutes to Sarasota. The townhouse is vary spacious, clean and quiet. Kitchen is well equipped - we cooked dinners several evenings. We spent 9 days and were very comfortable. The property has a gym; but never got a chance to use it - just too busy.
Recommended for:Families with teenagers, age 55+, sightseeing, families with young children.
