What a fabulous NEW place to stay! Right on Duval Street with all the conveniences you would expect in a newly renovated luxury 'apartment'! The really cool thing is that if you need more room all you need to do is ask! This unit has another one that is attached through a privacy door so all you need is a key and this 2 bedroom becomes 4 bedrooms.
The front unit is right on Duval Street and we call it 'Fiesta' because you can watch all of the activities on the famous street below and be entertained for hours on end without ever leaving your chair! This unit is decorated with fun in mind. Bright art and an overall happy feel is splashed throughout this unit with lots of artistic touches such as seashell covered walls and glass mosaic counter tops. You cant help but to be happy and want to have fun when you stay here! Your dens have big high definition TV's, dvd players and ipod docking stations. Your bedrooms have fine Egyptian cotton linens, fluffy pillows and down alternative bedding. The master baths have Jacuzzi tubs and the guest baths have HUGE showers with jet spray heads and lots of fluffy white towels. Everything is new and clean and yummy.
In addition to all the luxury that these apartments offer, you can walk EVERYWHERE from this location. Famous Mallory Square sunsets are at one end of the street and the 'southern most point' of the United States at the other, not to mention some of the finest dining in the country on every block.( Just email us for a list of our favorites as well as for a list of fishing guides, etc that we have come to know and love.)Gorgeous beaches, sailing ships, fishing fleets are all just blocks away.
Now, if you need more room, the back 'apartment' is accessed by a double privacy door. This unit we call Siesta as it is decorated with 'spa-like' colors and is a tranquil, tropical space with a large back sunning deck that allows you to enjoy the sounds of palm trees rustling in the breeze. Everything about this unit is peaceful yet still just steps away from all the fun of Duval Street. It offers 2 bedrooms and 2.5 baths as well. with full amenities just like the front.
So...if you just need 2 bedrooms you can rent either the front or back (sep. back unit listing with pictures coming soon.) Or, if you need to sleep more you can rent both units and have 4 bedrooms. Its all up to you.

I am from Point Clear, Alabama and have been a decorator/artist for 20+ years. I love to renovate and decorate and transform the ordinary to the extraordinary. My projects have been featured in several major magazines such as Coastal Living and Southern Accents. I have a little boy and a menegerie of animals and a husband who supports all of this endeavors.

We bought this building on Duval Street as an investment. It had a retail business on the first floor and 2 apartments upstairs that we knew had 'potential'. We were right.
