This condo complex is your one stop ocean getaway destination. Any guests who rent this condo can enjoy the oceanfront proximity of the condo with DIRECT beach access, use of the clubhouse featuring a fireplace, kitchenette, lounge area, pool, locker rooms, sauna, hot tub, boat launch, boat storage and boat docks. Wireless internet is available throughout the entire complex for your use as well.
This particular condo, unit E215 is a 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo located on the second floor. A Beautifully decorated interior welcomes you to the beach. The initial hallway opens up into a small laundry area to your left. Continuing into the main living area, the kitchen, dining and living rooms are all located in the main portion of the unit. A comfortable leather couch and loveseat give sweeping views of the Atlantic Ocean while you sit and watch TV! Sliding glass doors take you out to our oceanfront deck where Dolphin's play endlessly in the waves.
The master bedroom with king size bed sits beside the oceanfront deck as well. Sliding glass doors off the master bedroom also provide access to the oceanfront deck. A private bathroom for the master bedroom is located to the left as you enter the room. Bedroom 2, located on the sound side of the unit has a queen size bed and boasts a beautiful sound view from the window. Bedroom 2 also has a small balcony overlooking the sound and boat dock. Finally, there is also a small rollaway bed as well that can sleep 1 guest.

This is 2nd year to Topsail Island and also to the Queen's Grant condo's. Must say, this condo is very comfortable and roomy, has plenty of seating for 5 people to eat/relax. The condo is beautifully decorated and in a prime location for our teenage boys to swim/fish/have fun. It is about 1 mile from pier and local restaurants on south end of island and 5 miles from north end of island.
Recommended for:Girls getaway, families with teenagers, romantic getaway, families with young children, age 55+.
