Enjoy beautiful sunrises across wide open waters of lake greenwood. This small cottage is also referred to as our boathouse. It sets directly on a point with water all around you.One bedroom has a set of bunk beds, the lower is a double, and the upper is a single.The other bedroomhas a queen bed. The bath has a tub and shower. The great room has a sofa sleeper with an upscale mattress for comfort.the kitchen is fully equipped with toaster, blender, coffee maker, pots, pans and eating utensils.
There is upper and lower covered balconies facing the lake. The rear side has a private deck with a 4 person hot tub and a picnic table, a private dock for swimming, or fishing.
