Lovely 2 story townhouse with front porch and private back deck that overlooks pine trees and a duck pond. Located in a quiet secluded community within 3/4 mile to boardwalk and town center. Leave your car behind and walk to the beach, shopping, and restaurants, or take the Bethany Beach Shuttle which will pick you up steps from the front door and takes you down town to the boardwalk. Several restaurants, WaWa, Rita's water ice, Casapulla's, Grottos pizza, bike and kayak rentals are steps from the Community entrance. The large pool and tennis courts are steps from the front door. There is a small children's pool next to the large recently renovated large pool, and 2 of the 4 tennis courts were re surfaced this spring.
