Lovely 2 story townhouse with front porch and private back deck that overlooks pine trees and a duck pond. The townhouse is located in a quiet secluded community within 3/4 mile to boardwalk and town center. YOu can leave your car behind and walk to the beach, shopping, and restaurants, or take the Bethany Beach Shuttle which stops down town and at the boardwalk. Restaurants, WaWa, Rita's, Grottos, and bike rentals are steps from the Community entrance and the pool and tennis steps from front door. There is a small children's pool next to the large recently renovated large pool, and 2 of the 4 tennis courts were re surfaced this spring.
