Why the Owner Chose Southampton
We have been vacationing in the Hamptons for 15 years. we live in Manhattan and although our house is 2 hours away it feels like another world. Our house is surrounded by trees. you can choose to go be very active - swim, play tennis golf, hike, or do nothing and hang by the pool. we are located between Southampton village, 12 miles and Sag Harbor, 7 miles. we are a 5 minute walk to the bay or 10 minute drive to the beach. you can eat the best restaurants or bar-be-que at home by the pool.
The Unique Benefits at this House
Most days we hang out by the pool and play water volley ball or lawn volley ball. In the afternoon we take a walk to the bay to watch the sunset with a a glass of wine. I sometimes bike to town to get an ice cream or go to the wildlife sanctuary to feed the birds and take a walk. if the weathers not good we watch a movie with the blu ray or go town. dinner time we usually bar-be-que - i buy most of the produce from the local farm which is a few minutes away by car.
