This championship golf course has consistently ranked as one of the finest mountain courses in the West. Virtually every hole offers breathtaking mountain views, as well as, challenges to golfers of all abilities.
This villa is perfect for families with children or individuals who prefer more open space than a condo typically offers. Walk right out your back door to an open area. Hiking trails, Lake Grant and cross country skiing are literally in your back yard.
The 2 bedrooms are located on the lower level. Each are equipped with private baths. Master bedroom provides a queen and 2nd bedroom has a daybed with trundle. Both bedrooms access a private deck. Upstairs has a large open great room with queen pull out sleeper. The kitchen features granite counter tops, and is fully complete with a counter area that seats four. The kitchen is open to the dining and living rooms which features a bright windowed viewing area and deck. Flooring is all hard wood and accented with beautiful area rugs.
Stay at our villa and you will have access to a private, pristine mountain lake. The lake has excellent fishing, a covered picnic area with an outdoor grill and private bathroom facilities.

Why the Owner Chose Crested Butte
Our family has been vacationing in Crested Butte for the past 21 years. In winter there is world class downhill skiing, snowshoeing, snowboarding, ice skating, cross country skiing, sledding and so much more. In summer, there is some of the best hiking available in the USA, as well as whitewater rafting, rock climbing, and mountain biking. Crested Butte is the "Wildflower Capital" of Colorado and you will never see such vivid colors anywhere. You virtually walk out our front or back door to enjoy the activities listed above. Located right above our property, and at the base of Mt. Crested Butte, is Lake Grant. Stocked with an ample supply of trout, you can enjoy the benefits of fishing on a private lake. Downtown CB is adorable, comprised of historic beautifully painted Victorian stores and homes. Because the town is so quaint and safe this was the only commercial area that we would let our daughter and her friends walk and shop carefree. This is what has kept bringing our family back to CB.

I had a wonderful time here. At first I was leary of spending two full weeks in one location, but I am so happy that I did. I needed a quiet, yet "opportunity for adventure" vacation. It was just what "the doctor ordered." The accommodations were great. The condo is nestled in a quiet, yet centrally located area. Town was within walking distance. The owners left a detailed list of all the hiking trails and their difficulty levels (I might of disagreed a little with their idea of "easy" and my idea of "easy." They're in GREAT shape...me, " not quite so much." But, I had a great time. There was also availabilty for biking, horseback riding, river rafting, etc. and great restaurants. I took advantage of all of the above and am so glad I did. My only regret is that I cannot go back this summer. But rest assured, I will. I would highly recommend this property.

This place is very comfortable and clean. The condo is bright and sunny with a great view. It is just a short, easy drive to the best skiing in the world! Located walking distance to the CB Country Club, where they let visitors dine on Friday evening. We enjoyed some very good, and reasonably priced meals at this friendly establishment. Our favorite restaurant in CB was Marchitelli's Gourmet Noodle. We stayed in this condo for the month of February and every day was a great day! The maintenance and snow removal was excellent. We highly recommend this place. Perfect location to enjoy all the fun of Crested Butte and Mt. Crested Butte.
Recommended for:Romantic getaway, tourists without a car, sightseeing, pet owners, adventure seekers, girls getaway, age 55+, families with young children, families with teenagers.

My wife, kids and I spent a wonderful Spring Break week in Crested Butte. The townhouse is conveniently located in a tranquil area, just a couple miles from the town of CB. The vistas of the surrounding areas are absolutely gorgeous. The crisp air, and the views of Mt. Crested Butte make this a one of a kind place. Kids had ample place to play in the snow. The home is very nicely appointed, with plenty of space for my family of 5. Brook and Nina, the owners, made our stay comfortable, cozy and relaxing. We look forward to returning in the summer!
